3 foods to aid in weight loss according

to one of the Dallas news channels -
1. 1/2 grapefruit at every meal (they warned to check with doctor on this as grapefruit interferes with certain medications - like meds to treat hypertension).
2. 1 serving nonfat yogurt at every meal (doing this averaged 4 to 5 lbs. weight loss per month, per that news report)
3. 1 serving of nuts per day (they reported that peanuts upped the metabolism by 11%)
Interesting; and while grapefruit and yogurt have been mainstays on diets for many years, I never thought of nuts as helping the metabolism even though I knew they are healthful.

I knew they helped stave off hunger, but I also didn't know they speeded up metabolism.
