Donna...thanks for the good thoughts. I am glad I am not the only one who gets tired using crutches.
Kat...hoping these next couple of weeks go by fast too. It is always worse when you are waiting for something for your children. I am really babying my foot too.
Susan...it is encouraging to hear that your dd struggled with the crutches too when I am probably 3 times her age. This weather has been awful with all the ice and now the rain. Thanks for the continued good thoughts and prayers for DS.
Rhonda...I can understand you getting rid of the crutches in one day. But, I have noticed it is almost easier on my SI joint if I use the crutches instead of trying to walk on my heel with a cast up to my knee. Then there is the time I got the crutch stuck in my underwire and I went down in a parking lot. I did that right in front of Deb and I scared the living daylights out of her. Leave it to me.
Linda...I am trying not to overdo. I use the crutches to wack things down the hall and down the stairs. Speaking of stairs, I have

Take the time you need to get better. And definitely stay away from that ice and snow...

LOL, Lori...I wonder if I can get any volunteers with the Aloe. Might be a little dangerous for DH if it goes any further...cast can really hurt when you are whacked with it.
