found out from Rob's friend's mom when she came to pick them up. The sky is kind of eerie with a ring around the moon, but it's pretty. I guess because it got so warm today (87), and it's supposed to drop so much so fast, that's what's causing these conditions. Tim said by Sunday morning we should be down to 25!!! Sure hope that changes. My tulip tree is blooming like crazy, but all the blossoms will probably be black after that kind of cold.

We wound up not going to the movies tonight. I was very good and got salmon picotta at Olive Garden and had salad and a few roasted veggies, but my stomach is still bothering me some. Also, I forgot my jacket, and you could've hung meat in there. The movie is usually the same way. Guess we'll just take it easy around here the rest of the night and hope we don't wind up in Oz.

Got some heavy rains, but so far so good. It's still warm enough that I've had to open the window in our bathroom to help cool down our room. I'm sure that will change by morning.

I can't imagine 87 in February!

Thankfully, the weather is nice today. It's about 62, sunny, and very windy at the beach. I dressed warmly, so was pretty comfortable. We stayed only about 2 hours, because the waves weren't all that good, and the boys' feet were freezing in 59 degree water. They got a few good rides though. I found 27 sharks' teeth, but most of them are pretty small. It was nice to be out in the sun and salt air. Took the boys through McDonald's drive thru, but waited until I got home to have tuna salad on dark whole grain bread. Of course, there's a box of Raisinets I'd gotten for the movies in the other room calling my name...

Unless the forecast has changed, the temp. is supposed to drop drastically tonight down to 25. I haven't listened to the weather since last night, so I'm hoping it has.
