Super Sunny Saturday...

Blinded by the light here (good first line to a song...;). It's in the low 40's today and feels like bikini weather in comparison. Unfortunately, it appears that more cold snowy dreary weather is around the corner, but until then...PAR-TEE!

DH and I were out the door early to Starbucks for a cuppa joe (hot choc for him), off to church for him to set up some sound stuff and me to finish up a handout for tomorrow night, then a run to Staples, Total Crafts and breakfast at Friendlys (yum). A stop in at the Music & Arts Center to pick up some guitar gear and books and we finally got home. No workout today, except that it is Family Fun Night at Burke Racquet and Swim Club...I'll be playing tennis, doing some rock climbing and in between, sitting in a comfy chair chatting it up with other folks, sippin' bottled water and eating unhealthy snacks. Sounds like fun! Also have youngest DS's basketball game to attend this afternoon. The first half hour is practice, the second half hour is a game with another team. I'll bring a book along for the practice part.

Pork tenderloin for dinner tonight.

Workout on the agenda for tomorrow morning before church.

Later!

Sounds like a fun evening!

I mixed up my workout today and did my slide and treadmill.Even did my weights.Food has gone pretty well for me today, probably because I remembered I have a check up this week and have to get on the blasted drs scales.

Take care of yourself (and Eric, of course) and don't feel guilty about putting the jammies on and geling out...sounds like heaven to me!

Hope you feel better.

After a restless night (wrestling with parents' lack of involvement in Allison's life), I got in a GREAT workout while The Cus and Al were running errands. Body Sculpt, abs and leg work for an hour, though it lasted a bit longer with breaks. The victory is that I did the *entire* Body Sculpt routine, all 42 minutes of it. Little sore today, but not as sore as when I did only part of it a week-and-a-half ago.

Today, some kind of cardio with abs work. Maybe I'll run if it's close to 60-degrees.

Church this morning - Allison's little kid choir (4 and 5 year olds) are singing today. They're incredibly cute!
