Good Monday morning! Well, the Internet Explorer is on the blink at home, so no posting until I get to work! Pooey! I don't know what the deal is, but will have to call our trusty computer guy when I get a chance later today & read him the error message.

I plan to do a 3 mi. powerwalk tonight and some ab work. I'm enjoying the Power of Praying Woman book, Nancy! I'm sure you will too.

Have a great day, all!

Today's my "rest" day for the week. I need it. My neck was bothering me this morning...

I'm trying really hard to stay down on calories this week. It's *so* hard when we go out to eat... Yesterday, I was up near 2000 calories - we went to a Tuscan restaurant that had THE best lamb I have ever eaten. We had pate (chicken liver) warmed over a candle, with toast, for starters. I only had a little, while Alex and his son Lucio split most of it. We had wonderful Chianti. I had ravioli stuffed with lamb, with an artichoke hearts sauce, for first course. And then lamb chops - grilled, with spinach on the side. They were *SO* incredibly tender and delicious. And dessert - these little puffs with whipped cream and chocolate sauce... I only had one (I split the dish of three with Lucio). It *was* a birthday celebration - Lucio turned 21. But, it certainly raised my calorie intake for the week... ah well.

Anyways - I did my "push" day yesterday; bench press and shoulder press and tricep kickbacks. Last night, while stretching in the middle of the night after letting the pitifully meowing cat out, I felt something twinge... So, of COURSE, this morning I woke up with a sore neck... Ugh.

So, long story short - I was due for a rest day anyway. So, I'm taking it today and tomorrow hope to be back at it. Lowerbody tomorrow - luckily...
