Good morning! Sorry to hear you're still feeling under the weather Phyllis. You're strong, you'll kick it. Thanks for the sunshine, we had plenty of that yesterday and it's actually above freezing this morning. But that cold front is coming back and we may get more snow tonight. Spiffy.

Workout? Ummm...hrmmm...how about a little treadmill time? I could use a little easy trotting after last night.

We had our Valentine's Sweatheart Jazzercise party last night. It was a hoot! About a dozen guys showed up and they were amazing. Very rough and tough of course and expecting all kinds of man-bashing (which we do NOT do). Deb---you will probably appreciate this---We did an inner thigh routine, the most requested routine of all time, called Running Back to You. It's a challenge for even the most seasoned Jazzerciser. One of the guys was overheard to say that his legs were ok now, but tomorrow would be ugly. How funny. Some of those guys are on the UNL football team and they got their butts kicked by a little ol' aerobics class. But to their credit, they did their best to keep up even though we told them it wasn't a macho thing and it didn't make them less of a man if they had to stop and take a break...it was fun and they took it well. Suffice it to say that none of them will ever look at Jazzercise as 'jumping around for a while' again.

Well, I'm off to see what today holds. It will be a good one, I can feel it!

Have a goo day!

Good Morning,

Thanks for the sunshine Phyllis. We are enjoying a beautiful blue sky here this morning. Sorry to hear you're still not feeling right. Some of these bugs just take too long to fully leave the system.

Workout was 30 minute walk tape and then abs. Otto my ever faithful companion and supervisor sat right by my side watching the TV and watching me with his ever pleasurable doggie breath right over my face. About halfway through there was a very gentle but subtle paw tap to the hand telling me enough already it's time to eat!

Before work household chores await me, work etc etc.

Hope you all enjoy a Wonderful Wednesday!

Good morning!

Nice to see you all so early! It's a beautiful day here - sunny, brisk, a bit cooler than yesterday, with temperatures heading downward for the weekend. But, Monday's a holiday, and darn the cold - I'm going to be out enjoying time with DH. We'll be heading to Cape Cod for the day if it's a calm day; if it's warmer down there than up here, we'll go to Chapin Beach on the north side of the Cape and take a walk - when the tide goes out, the sand is packed hard and goes for miles.

Workout tonight - cardio and weights. Had too many errands to run after work and got home too late for more than 35 solid min on the treadmill. Tonight's cardio will be a short session so I can accommodate 30 min or more of weights and abs.

Phyllis, thanks for the extra shot of sunshine; that pic is gorgeous. I hope you feel better very soon; running on a treadmill in the midst of nausea doesn't sound like my idea of a good time.

Everyone, have a super goo day!

Wet n' Wild Wednesday here, so I needed that sun. Thanks! It's gray and rainy, but it's OK. I'm seeing more things blooming daily.

Took Rob to school and headed to directly to Tire Kingdom for the oil change, tire rotation, etc. Got there at 6:59 and was out by 7:53. Ran by the ATM and a quick trip to the grocery store before heading home. I'm meeting a friend at Panera for lunch. I can almost taste that Fandango Salad already!! Tonight is guitar for Rob. Yesterday was a red letter day for him. He got his learner's permit, and I let him go driving around some neighborhoods close by. I'm sure we'll be doing more of the same this afternoon.

Hope you're feeling better soon, Phyllis!
