I like some of the suggestions they give for snacks like a hard boiled egg or a part skim mozzarella cheese stick.Another midafternoon snack which looks good is 2 slices of low fat mozarella cheese with 2 slices of fresh tomato sprinkled with balsamic vinegar, olive oil and fresh ground pepper. I would never have thought of a snack like that without this book. Also one meal includes marinated london broil which I love. Then the next day you can take some of the sliced London Briol and have it on mixed greens for lunch. They also suggest sugar free yogurt but I can't eat anything with nutrisweet in it.One idea I got from HEALTH magazine was to mix half fruit flavored yogurt with low fat plain yogurt.Great way to cut down on the sugar.Another recipe I thought sounded different and good is the Apple Walnut Chicken Salad. That has 5ounces of chicken breast cut into chunks,1/2 cup chopped celery.3/4 cup chopped apples, 2 ounces of walnuts,1 tablespon raisins 1/3 cup prepared low sugar Italian dressing and bib lettuce.

I picked up the book at Costco so I got it for a good price and sometimes online you can find it on sell.I won't do the plan exactly as it is in the book but I'm glad I did get the book.Goves you great ideas and recipes.
