Has anyone been on Slim4Life diet?

I just signed up on Tuesday, went on a 3-day 'cleansing' diet then started the real diet yesterday. Curious to knnow if anyone out there has been on this (you go to a Slim4Life weight loss clinic) & if they had success.
Would particularly be interested in knowing where to buy their supplements at a better price!

I don't want to rain on your plan, but that's what I see as limitations with most "diets" - too repetitious, or you have to buy their products which (as you noted) aren't exactly cheap. Once the plan is over or you stop buying the products, you're left with the same old recipes you had before you started. At least with something like Weight Watchers or Readers' Digest ChangeOne, they teach you how to eat better with groceries you can get from a store. I'm personally leary of supplements because there seem to be too many unknowns: the only supplement I've ever taken was chromium picolinate, then they came out with warnings for pregnant women (I was taking it right before I got pregnant). Of course, you know what happened with ephedra. I had some supplements with The Firm and noted that one of the ingredients was caffeine - I was trying to cut out caffeine entirely because of an irregular heartbeat. Why'd they do that?! I tossed 'em. I take a few vitamin supplements (Vit. E, calcium, magnesium for my arrythmia), and that's it.
Best of luck with the program, and hope it works for you. Once you get to the weight you want to be, perhaps you'll be able to make healthier choices on your own and won't be tied to buying theirs.
