Anyone seen the new workout from Gin Miller? It's like a step but has an incline on it.I watched alittle of it on an infomercial one day.Another way to trim those problem areas. How come we have so many ways but still have those problem areas?????

Another way to separate us from our $$$, you mean!

I don't RAMP, I don't step (as opposed to walk), and I'm a klutz. Thus, I think RAMPing is not for me, and I've never even seen it. Although I've seen what the Firm can do for you without a RAMP and it's pretty impressive. I think I said a while back that I was tempted to order the Firm videos, the step, and the bar; those moments of insanity passed, however, and I'm happily doing intervals and slight inclines on my treadmill.

Patty, I even wonder at the slide workout you sometimes do. I can see myself sliding right off the edge and into a wall. (I did once fall off a treadmill when I belonged to the gym, but I've managed to stay on the deck on the one at home so far....)

I've always believed in steps ever since taking the stairs when I worked on the 4th floor of an office building (or was it the 5th?). Having The Firm, I still deal with those problem areas, so I wouldn't count on a ramp either. I think it's called "aging"!

I agree! First time I saw a balance ball, after I dried my eyes from laughing, visions of chiropractors started dancing in my head. I don't think those things are safe for beginners or for people with known skeletal system issues.
