It is a beautiful day, mostly sunny and around 80. The waves weren't the best, but they were good enough for the boys to get some good rides. Some brave kids were swimming in the 55 degree water!! I almost froze my feet when they got in it. I did find 23 sharks teeth and several of them were VERY nice. One is over an inch long, which is the largest I've found. There were dozens of star fish. Some people were taking them to dry out, but I threw the ones I found back in the water to save them. We saw a guy who works with Tim and surfs with him in the summer there with his girl friend when we first got there. They didn't recognize Rob. He's grown more, and "this week" is an inch taller than I am!!! I think he was 5'2" at the beginning of the school year, and he's 5'7" now. He eats like it too. After they surfed, I got them each a double cheeseburger value meal (super sized), another double cheeseburger, and a McFlurry!!! It was over $20. for the 3 of us at McDonald's. LOL! I don't always let him eat that much fatty food.
My quads are sore from the walking, bending, and stooping at the beach. I must be more out of shape than I realized. I guess part of it is from all the squatting planting flowers yesterday afternoon too. It's nice to have them in the ground now.
Hope you're having a good day.
