It's mighty quiet here today, gals! I hope that means we're all getting something accomplished. I spent a little too much time online this morning, but on the other hand, I was able to keep Allison away from the TV (I'd fallen into a bad habit in allowing her too much TV time in the last 2-3 weeks).

Got my workout in - 1 hour 20 minutes of cardio, mild UB weights, heavy LB work and abs. I used the Cardio tape, but skipped any LB work so that I could do the LB on the Body Sculpt tape.

Looking forward to lunch... and a shower!

I need an island, today, just as your cute saying down there goes! I did manage to do a 3 mi. powerwalk, or should I say trudgewalk. I felt like lead & I have to work tonight, Tues. & Wed. nights! I think the weather is affecting me - very gray. Stomach has settled down some, thankfully.

Groan! I'm checking in and I'm ashamed to admit that I didn't accomplish any of my fitness goals today!!!! I didn't walk to get my ds, (dh came home just in time for me to take the car), I didn't do weights, and I didn't eat totally healthy. Had homemade cheese pizza for lunch!!! No junk food yet, but I am enjoying a glass of whine!

I *did* have a good day though. Survived 3 young gentlemen, Ninja turtles, transformers, and Rescue Heroes! Got a good deal of mending done and filled out the preschool forms for next year. One of the ladies that I worked with last year asked if I would consider being the secretary for the coming year as they needed someone reliable and precise, so I guess that will be my job!! I was kind of hoping to duck under the radar and just be head of the cleaning committee or something, but in all fairness, I guess I should "pay my dues". LOL

Can you smell it girls? Spring is so close now. I was watching the sun reflecting off the houses down the street and I could *feel* the warmth. It's getting higher in the sky every day. This week marks the beginning of the "Flower Count" in our fair city. By the time you arrive in April, Deb, things should just be a riot of colour. I believe last year's total was something like 3 million buds.

Hoping to do better with my fitness goals tomorrow.

I had a solid workout tonight - 30 min of cardio, 45 in of weights, abs, and my new favorite - plies with heel raises. I did a really good stretching session for lower body and back.

Dinner - Foreman-grilled swordfish, a heap of broccoli, and a slice of Arnold HealthNut bread toasted with SmartBalance and roasted garlic. A cup of decaf mint tea as I'm catching up with the posts, and then I'm turning in for the night.
