Super Sunny Saturday Workouts!

Great Morning, Ladies!
It is a B-E-A-UTIFUL morning in Northern Virginia. 37 fun-loving degrees. It's a heat wave and DH and I are heading out to soak up some rays and burn some pizza pounds in a few minutes. After that, we'll hit the dungeon for ab work and weights. What's on YOUR workout agenda today?
What will you do with the rest of your day? Live every second of it!
Hugs.

No workout today - did a good cardio and all-over weight and stretching workout last night. DH and I are heading out for Mexican food tonight, so I'm getting my mouth in the mood for fajitas, hold the wraps.
I'm going to get up early Sunday morning and take a powerwalk with or without DH - I'm going to head for the hilly route right off the bat. We're planning on taking a drive somewhere Sunday; I've got in in my head to point the car toward Andover, MA - a friend of mine and her husband own a gallery up there and I'd like to see the work of the artists they're featuring in person rather than on a postcard. Andover is a gorgeous town, almost on the NH border. My late cousin and her family lived there before they moved to SC, and we loved their house - a big rambling ranch with a nice-sized, level backyard just outside the center of town. Phillips Academy and Merrimack College are there. I wouldn't have a problem moving there.
Have a lovely day, everyone!

yes folks, it's snowing here. or rather, it snowed. darn near blizzardlike. amazed the heck outta me. i think we got 3 inches all told of thick heavy wet snow that stuck to the trees and is weighing them all down... i expect to see some winterkill from this... and we had poweroutages off and on all day.
oh well.
i did my shopping early at the covered market (an open air market with a sort of big awning over the whole thing... picked up tuna and bread and pizza, turkey breast and squash flowers. yum. spent the afternoon doing decluttering and organizing trying to make it look semi-civilized in here before alex gets back tomorrow night.
and i worked out with Cher today - step aerobics followed by a killer ab workout.
and i was changing after dinner into my jammies and - there's muscles there! i'm starting to see some muscle again. YAY! i hate being flabby. i don't care how much i weigh, but i hate being flabby. and i was getting that way after my long hiatus in november and december and my feeble, inconsistent attempts to workout in january.... luckily, there is some muscle under the flab that remembers being strong and has started making its presence known lately.
oh - and i just found out my son has chicken pox. of course, he came down with them this morning *after* spending all evening with his scout troop.... oh joy. so, we can look forward to my son and my daughter dealing with the pox.... apparently he's only got a mild fever and is looking forward to a week off school. DD shows no sign of it yet...
kids.
Sure hope your children have only a mild case of the chicken pox, but it's good to get it overwith. My son and my daughter were both 3 when they had them, but she had a horrible case of them EVERYWHERE, and he had hardly any. Of course,
