Gotta get this in early. Busy, busy day (shocking for me, I know ;).

Kicked butt on my workout. No way could I face the dreadmill. Pounded pavement instead and cranked a great run in. Hit the bench for abs. Tons and tons of abs. Last set of bicycles I did until I couldn't do one more. Lat pull downs (50 pounds on), biceps and triceps rounded off my workout.

I feel like I can face anything now.

As long as he was only kidding! Good idea about bugging out...

How are your knees holding up with the running? Mine have been "ok". I'm trying to be aware of them, aware of how I step, not to run too often, etc.

3 miles on the tread, strong UB workout (Sassy, you inspired me) and some LB work. Abs, too.

Nice healthy dinner and the Apprentice - a productive evening!
