Gotta get this in early. Busy, busy day (shocking for me, I know ;).
Kicked butt on my workout. No way could I face the dreadmill. Pounded pavement instead and cranked a great run in. Hit the bench for abs. Tons and tons of abs. Last set of bicycles I did until I couldn't do one more. Lat pull downs (50 pounds on), biceps and triceps rounded off my workout.
I feel like I can face anything now.

How are your knees holding up with the running? Mine have been "ok". I'm trying to be aware of them, aware of how I step, not to run too often, etc.
