Both fun and funky. Had Jazz class this morning early and that was fun. The materials for the new aerobic floor were piled up on one side of the floor and that was funky. We got kinda cramped into about 2/3 the space we're used to. It was cozy.
DH's brother is up from Texas this weekend, so I expect we'll be seeing the crew this weekend. Don't much care for his wife, but they're a package, so I deal with it. Of course there's always groceries and I could beg off with Jazzercise classes. Really don't like spending time with his family if I can help it. Isn't that terrible?
*STILL* have a scratchy throat. Warm weather here makes it difficult to get acclimated at night (running the A/C would get it too cold too quick - since it's the humidity which is causing problems), so both The Cus and I have been thrashing around and not getting enough sleep.
Will do Body Sculpt today. I've got stuff ready to be consigned, just need to clean up the room where I was doing all the work, plus the clutter on the breakfast table.
Tomorrow, I go to the first of many consignment sales hitting in the next 6 weeks. Allison doesn't need much - she's still in size 5s, but by September, she could be outgrowing those.
Dh just called and he forgot his briefcase. He's an hours drive out, so if he has to come back for it, he's not going to be a happy man!
My game plan is to start painting the inside of our kitchen cabinets this morning! They are ancient old wood ones and we don't have the money to do a complete reno, so I thought I'd start by painting the insides white and see where we go from there!!! I must be crazy! LOL
Went to visit dd a couple of times yesterday. They did the x-ray and a catscan. She is definitely having a flare-up where some areas of her intestines are inflammed and therefore narrowed, but it doesn't appear to be totally blocked and there aren't any fistulas, so they are going to attempt to reduce the inflammation with some new drugs (non-steroidal). They are keeping her for a day or two for observation and also sending her to a nutritional consultant as she is extremely thin at the moment. I've been trying to tell her for a long time that her diet is not what it should be. I went into her room and was totally amazed at how much junk food she has stashed in there! She's an extremely picky eater and very stubborn, so it will be interesting to see if this nutritionalist can convince her to change her ways. Lord knows, I'm not having any success! Anyhoo, she's in good spirits so that's a plus.
Weekend is going to be chopped up. Nothing special on the table, but ds has a birthday party Sunday afternoon at the Bug Zoo. It's his "girlfriend's" party, so he's thrilled!
I can't imagine painting the inside of cabinets. How difficult to get to all those nooks and crannies. Good luck to you! It'll probably make a big difference though.
Glad your daughter isn't worse than she is and that she's being kept for observation. Also, sounds good that she'll be meeting with a nutritionist. Hope she feels better soon. Please keep us posted.
Hugs to you and her,
Rhonda

Know what you mean about the sudden change. We've had our AC on for the last 3 days, and it is a change. Having the windows open just didn't do enough.
Sure hope your throat is feeling better.
Hugs,
Rhonda

I'll vote for fun and funky but probably won't be much funky here.

So sorry to hear about dd. I was wondering about her this a.m. I will keep her in my thoughts and prayers.
A birthday party at the bug zoo!!! A child's heaven and with his girlfriend too! That is too cute.
