Good morning angels-
Patty...I'm feeling so bad for you.
Beautiful Sunny Sunday morning in Northern Virginia. Sippin' my coffee. Got my lasagne in the oven for the church lunch. Heading to Sunday School (9:45) and church (11:00) this morning. Lunch is at noon. Business meeting at 1:00 (we're not staying for that). DH called a baseball parent's meeting at our house at 2:00. He has no concept of time. Although he did have the boys dust and vacuum the living room while I was out yesterday. So all I have to do is straighten up a bit. I usually have choc chips cookies to offer to the parents, but not today. Just didn't have time. Oldest DS has baseball tryouts this afternoon. The other two have swim practice. Just another relaxing weekend at the Smith's.
No workout this morning. Planned rest day. Back at it tomorrow a.m. A good workout and another try at getting the cleaning lady here.
Later!

Might do body sculpt today, since I never got around to it Friday - I need the UB workout for sure. Declutter, maybe get Dh's and my bikes out to take a look at what kind of work they need. Now that Al has a bicycle with training wheels, I think it'd be fun to take her around the block. We haven't ridden in years, and I'll bet the inner tubes are dry-rotted, the frames rusty.

Thank you, Phyllis..yes, it was...a blessing.
This has not been Rob's week... He was at a friend's house today and fell off a bike and hit his head on concrete. He's got quite a goose egg and is throwing up. His pupils look normal, and he's coherent, etc., I'm going to keep an eye on him, and if he doesn't seem better in the next hour or so, we will be making a trip to the emergency room. His toe is still swollen and sore, but I think it seems to be healing OK. He's still taking his antibiotics, and we change the bandage daily.
I worked over 4 1/2 hours in the yard again today. After running to Walmart, SteinMart, and Lowe's, which was absolutely insane with people in the throes of spring fever (87 this afternoon), I came home and planted 12 Tuberose bulbs (Pearl double is the name), dug up a bunch of Aloe Vera plants and gave to some neighbors, moved a hybrid hibiscus and 8 snapdragons to make room for 2 Queen palms I bought, planted the palms on each side of the front entry, planted a cluster of daylilies a friend gave me, raked more, washed the Explorer, mowed the lawn, and did 2 loads of laundry while I was working outside. Needless to say, I was filthy and tired. I had to use a brush to scrub my feet and dipped my hands in paraffin to soothe them. I feel really good about how much I got accomplished this weekend. Now, if I could just do as well inside. I definitely got a good dose of sunshine Vitamin D and a bit of color to me. I also drew a surfing scene on Rob's pot for 3-D art, so he can paint the glazes on it.
We had Pizza Hut delivery for dinner. I was going to have Rob grill steaks, but he's on the sofa taking it easy.
