I could go on and on about our WONDERFUL vacation in the Carribean, but I'll let our pictures tell the story. Please check out our webshots page below. There are two areas to go to with all the pictures. I'd love it if you signed our guest book too! Its good to be back, missed you all but truly did not miss this weather we are having right now! I miss the blue and greens!

Welcome home. As I was looking at your great photos I was like sooooo jealous! What cruise line did you take? How long was trip? Would you do it again? Was this your first cruise? I just loved ours 1 summer ago and I want to do another so bad. We went out of NY harbor because Bill does not like to fly. We did 6 nights/7 days to the Bahamas but I so want to go to Jamacia and the islands. I am glad you had fun. The water, beaches, weather and everything is so wonderful down south. Fill us in on all that you did!

Looks like a wonderful time, and the weather cooperated. Man, cruise ship pools have come a long way since my first and only cruise back in 1985 - ours was just the pool. The pics of the sunsets gave me warm fuzzies. Night time on deck is wondrous too, all encompassing, but still the sense that you're not alone.

Welcome back!

What cruise line did you take? The MS Imagination with Carnival Fun Cruises

How long was trip? 5 nights

Would you do it again? You bet! Actually, I've already told dd to start putting money away from each of her paychecks so her and I can go on another one in about 2-3 years!

Was this your first cruise? Yes it was and I'm SO glad I went!

We left around 4 on Monday afternoon, were out to sea all day Tuesday, docked at Grand Cayman on Wednesday, docked at Ocho Rios Jamaica on Thursday, and were out to sea all day Friday. We returned to Miami around 6:30 a.m. Saturday morn. You know what was so wonderful that day? We had a room with a big window and of course, I kept the curtains open at ALL times. Well, early Saturday morning I awoke to this feeling of something really bright shining in my face. I opened my eyes and honest to God there was this big huge full moon shining brightly in our window and on my face! I sat up to look out and there were all the bright lights of Miami as we were arriving. It was BEAUTIFUL! Such a feeling that I just can't describe it in words.

Thanks for sharing your terrific pictures. Glad to hear you had such a great time. Your arms look great, and your haircut is cute.

We flew in and stayed at Sandals in Ocho Rios and climbed Dunn's Falls while we were there. I can't believe you're standing there so calmly in that FRIGID water!!! That's how I got bronchitis. Of course, our photographer made us stand under the falls, so the water would splash over our shoulders. It literally took my breath away. That's also where that woman put the hex on me, when I didn't buy some of her beads, which is probably why I got bronchitis. Did you get accosted by people trying to sell you stuff? You Minnesota guys must have much thicker blood than Floridians. ;-)

You can see why when fall approaches, I start thinking of heading to the Caribbean.

Welcome back!

What great photos! You and Rich look fabulous. And I must say you have some cool looking shades. And it looks like you had some fun with the towel birds....

I had to chuckle at this one Rhonda cause dh and I thought the water was really warm. Yeah, I think you're right....we do have thick blood...hahaha!

Yes, this had to be one of the worst spots for it too! I was really overwhelmed with all the pushiness of the locals trying to get you to buy their things. A dinner companion of ours said that he was approached EVERYWHERE he went to buy drugs! Now this we did not encounter....I'm glad!

We saw some of the resort guys smoking pot around the corner while they were on break, and they seemed to encourage cigarette smoking everywhere -- very few nonsmoking escapes.

Wonder if the time of year has something to do with the temp. of the water. I believe it comes from some inland mountains.
