Good morning-
I really hate that word "surreal" but...needed a s word. Guess I should start pulling out the dictionary.

It's a bit overcast and cloudy this morning. And brrrrrrrr. Flirting with the idea of a walk before Sunday School and Church. Naaaaaaa.
Rest day for me. Shoulder still sore, but feeling better every day. It's more my neck now. Tried to do abs the last two days. Ouch.
We have a very busy day today. Obviously, we're disobedient to God's command that it is a rest day. Ain't no rest happening here today! After church, DD and I are heading to lunch with the new Youth Summer Intern prospect and a group of folks. The boys are all heading out to baseball practice. DH has a Deacon's meeting at 4:00. Oldest DS has a Yearbook party from 4-6. Other two darlings have swim practice 6-7. Oldest darlings have homework. I'll be working in the home office today, cleaning, filing, organizing. Sheesh. We could really have used a rest day today as next week is packed. I've got volleyball clinics and practice Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday evenings. DH has baseball clinics and practices two of those nights. I'm assistant coaching DD's volleyball team. This will be her first year playing volleyball. She's taking a break from soccer. She's a classic case of burn-out. She's always played soccer...Spring and Fall. Played a few year's on travel teams (more competitive). Went back to house (anybody/everybody plays...no tryouts or cuts) and now has turned to Volleyball. The coach is a good friend of ours. We'll have fun.
Hope everyone has a great Sunday.
Hugs.

Another beautiful sunny day here although still a bit on the cold side-but it is March and I saw my first robin yesterday-so spring is out there somewhere.
I would love to have a Sunday with absolutely no household responsibilites but maybe in my next life. Costco run, fruit and veggie refill, deli run for sandwiches for the household lunches this week, bills to pay and file and laundry. Manicure at noon and then hopefully just me and sharing the couch with Otto to catch up with my reading and a cup of my favorite french vanilla coffee from Dunkin Donuts. A mid afternoon walk with Otto and that's probably the day. No official workout on Sunday although I could probably use one. Yesterday was a disaster day for me-I had all these hopes of starting to clean out the basement-it all became too overwhelming and frustrating and just couldn't keep my mind focused on the task at hand. The work week is almost here again so I'm going to take some time today to do just what I feel like doing.
Hope your Sunday is a pleasant one.

Have to work again today. My legs didn't hold up last night, not to mention my feet. I guess I'm finally getting varicose veins and will have to go seek medical help. What else could go wrong?
Have a nice day everyone.
Morning, Phyllis...Worked out 6 days this week..today a day of rest.
Today is a memorial service at the hospice where my former BIL received such excellent care last year. It is for all the patients who've come and gone there. It is at 3, and I know it will be emotional. The 22nd will make one year since his death. Hard to believe it's been that long already. Today, is also Mom and Dad's 59th wedding anniversary, so we are planning to take them out to dinner afterward.
I've gotten a lot done in the yard since last weekend, and it's looking a lot better. I'd like to do more, but can't get too grubby or sweaty or I'll have to wash my hair again to get ready for the service this afternoon and that takes too much time.
It's sunny and should hit mid to upper 70's, so we're blessed with another beautiful day. Have a wonderful Sunday everyone.

Hope your shoulder and neck are feeling better soon and that you get a chance to take a break.
I used to love to play volleyball. Bet Sara will enjoy that.

Congratulations about your meetings with the publisher! How exciting! Of course, we'll want to know all the details.
I think your idea for Curves is an excellent one. Motivation is what many women, myself included, need most.
