Hope you get better soon, Shar. I know what you mean about these bugs! My ds is constantly with cold!!! He won't take vitamins half the time & I pester him about that! I take the One A Day for Weight Control & I think that's why I haven't picked up his latest bug!

I need to check out the SBD for vegetarians. There is a vegetarian board on IVillage and one of the ladies is on SBD and posts she really likes it!

Workout is done! Jazzercise at 5:45am will wake you up pretty good. But now I'm tired and sleepy. I think it's the rainy weather though.

I know my eating could use a boost so I'll give that a go today. Have a good day!

Kat, hope your leg feels better soon. Is this a new problem or is it something that's usually an issue when you've been on your feet a lot?

Now we know what you'll be occupied with this week - have lots of fun with the babies and the rest of the family, and take lots of pictures.

After the emotional weekend you and the rest of the family had, the little ones will be quite a shot of positive energy in the arm for all of you.

Hello. . .I've been away for a while, but I've only gained 10 lbs. Now the hard part - taking it off again. I've gone back to cycling, but only 4 days/week since my work schedule makes it impossible the other 3. On those days, I aim for treadmill/stationary bike/ski machine. Glad to be back!

Thanks, Donna. I think I've inherited my mom's varicose vein problem. One leg has blue markings on it, now, and it hurts. I am going to have to seek medical help for it, if if doesn't get better. I doubt I will be able to run anymore, but will see. I have a doctor's appointment in April with a new doctor - a woman. I'm so excited about that, and hope I can wait until then about my leg issue.
