Good morning-
I'm trying very hard to be sure I have the right days so I don't confuse anyone like last week.

Back is really screaming at me this morning but I'm determined to ignore it. Might hit the heating pad after my workout and before I head to the office. My only indulgence to Freaky Flo will be a Starbucks latte. Haven't had one in 10 days.
Hitting the treadmill in a bit. 35 degrees and rainy is too nasty for an outside run for me. Squats, lunges and abs are also on the menu.
Phyllis, you've convinced me to take care of a 15-minute project I've been putting off. Will do that as soon as I sign off here.
I actually think we have nothing on the calendar for this evening. Par-Tee!
Hugs.
Sassy
Morning, Phyllis..
This is so true about being nice to people you meet, what goes around, comes around..as the ol' saying goes!
Despite having my sleep interupted last night, I am feeling pretty good.
Gray and dreary here this morning with snow still in the forecast-we'll see.
I pulled out my Walk it slim tape this morning so that was the workout for today. Depending on the weather I'll be meeting with my literacy student. Clean up and laundry pre work and that about sums up the day.
Hope your Tuesday is totally terrific.
Susan
I fell for the forecast today - I dragged out the big old French Lieutenant's Woman coat and storm boots again. I'm going to be out walking from the train to the doctor's office this evening in the snow for my checkup and I'd rather be dry and cozy than wet and cold. My doctor recently started holding late office hours one evening a week and I managed to get an appointment so I don't have to chew up sick/vacation time during the workday.
Workout tonight will be cardio and UB - shoulder and neck feel ok, so I'll hit the weights and see what happens.
15-minute project - whatever unexpected unanticipated thing I manage to complete will be it.
Thanks for the positive message this morning, Phyllis! I'll try to greet everyone with a pleasant comment and a smile - but I reserve the right to save a snarky remark for the people who treat life like a deep dark tragedy waiting to happen. I can see the cloud hanging over their heads as they approach, and unfortunately it casts a chill over me.
Have a great day, everyone - those of you in the "S" zone, be careful driving and walking!

Mornin' all.

Have a great day!
P.S. I like your Vanzant quote, Phyllis.
I've been having a terrible time trying to post under this heading this morning. Don't know if it's my computer, AOL, or iVillage, but I'm here at last.
Just got off the phone with Helen's daughter, Hope. She said to tell you how much she appreciates your prayers for her mother. They must be working, because she seems to be pretty comfortable. She's a real trooper! They were preparing to take her to surgery while we were talking. It will probably be Thursday before
