Totally Tuesday Updates....get movin!

Okay, so I kicked butt on my workout and wanted to share and motivate. I pushed myself to meet the goal I had set for my cardio workout and I did it. It was difficult and I wasn't sure I could do it, but I did and the "rush" of success was SU-WEET. So, let's get moving. Cranked on the squats and lunges and my fave...abs until I couldn't do another.

All of this with a shoulder still twinging and Flo-induced killer lower back pain ;)

To keep my high going...after my shower I slathered on my favorite luxe body lotion (the one I normally reserve for bedtime) and am heading to the kitchen for a low-carb/low-fat breakfast.

Hugs (and did I mention...get moving!).

I followed my plan yesterday, even with a luncheon and did great.

Well, I looked on their website and didn't see anything about choc chips. You may have to send some! I did order a catalogue. Maybe in there?????

Sounds yummy :)

I spent the day holding, rocking, and lifting babies!!! What great exercise! Claudea is absolutely adorable and such a little snuggle bunny. She loves being up close to your skin, has a hearty appetite, sleeps through all

I'm new to this board and I just want to say that at the beginning of the year ... I gave up Starbucks completely! I use to go to a Starbucks every single morning and get a mocha (no whip, but still). Around the holidays, I happened to come across the actual calories in a Starbucks Grande (medium size) mocha ... and it was 400 calories! That's just coffee! So ... I got rid of it.

It's been a great change and I save $100.00 a month! Anyone out there who is addicted to Starbucks (like I was) ... that clears that addiction up pretty quickly. At least it did for me.

Welcome.

I hear you on the calories AND the cost! I would have a latte every morning, too. Just got burned out on them (thankfully). DH gets me on every Saturday and Sunday mornings as my special treat (and to prove he IS an awesome hubby). Tried the soy latte for the first time today and really did like it.

Hope you continue to post with us.

Ended up going out to dinner tonight to Bennigans. I had a Perrier with lime, a mushroom boca burger and a few unseasoned fries. DH and children were really razzing me on my eating. I'm trying to eat better and more healthy and all I get is grief! I didn't care. I love Boca burgers and my entire meal was yummy.

I did have a small bowl of vanilla pudding when we got home though. Fat free milk, but not the sugar free pudding. No one's perfect ;)
