Totally Tuesday Updates....get movin!

Okay, so I kicked butt on my workout and wanted to share and motivate. I pushed myself to meet the goal I had set for my cardio workout and I did it. It was difficult and I wasn't sure I could do it, but I did and the "rush" of success was SU-WEET. So, let's get moving. Cranked on the squats and lunges and my fave...abs until I couldn't do another.
All of this with a shoulder still twinging and Flo-induced killer lower back pain ;)
To keep my high going...after my shower I slathered on my favorite luxe body lotion (the one I normally reserve for bedtime) and am heading to the kitchen for a low-carb/low-fat breakfast.

I bought some cereal with all that good soy stuff and Omega stuff in it, lots of green veggies, lentils & a huge variety of beans, fat free yogurts & sprouted bread among other things at the store today. I'm on a healthy eating kick, too!
I did a full body workout w/weights this evening after I bought ds his clothes and went grocery shopping.
Congratulations to Rob on the driving! I bet he is loving every second of it! I'm thinking of driving out to Florida next year (after Danny turns 15 in June! He could drive a little bit!), although I may put it off until the next when Danny's driving skills improve.

I cringe every time I order one of those Starbucks drinks - not only over the "nutritional" value of the drink, but the cost. One of our other board members, Sassy, calls it "Fourbucks", and truer words were never spoken.
