Just do it. I had talked myself into not having enough time, needing to do other things, yadda yadda. But I looked into the mirror and 1) saw my workout schedule I posted there and 2) remembered DH's comments about my changing body and 3) remembered how the workout "high" from yesterday carried me through my day.

So I Just Did It. I did a quick mile run on the treadmill. Cranked on triceps and shoulders (but couldn't do anything over my head...pinched that shoulder nerve in a BIG way when I tried).

Going to have a 2 egg white with one entire egg and a slice of amer cheese and a glass of choc soy (my splurge for the day). Tons o' water, yogurt and fruit will be my lunch.

You can do this. If I can do this, you can do this. It IS all about ME (YOU). Take the time for yourself, enjoy it, and before you know it, you'll see the changes in your body and in your attitude.

Love you guys. Wouldn't do it with you.

Sassy

Great job, gal! If this is a check-in, I'm checkin' in too! I did just 2 mi. on my powerwalk, but that's a start. Breakfast was that Optimum cereal from the health food store - it was yummy & has all that good stuff in it & I had skim milk. Lunch is brownbagged - salad w/carrots & cukes, lentil soup & yogurt (fat free). Lots of water. Dinner, I'm thinkin' will be a Boca Burger on sprouted bread w/veggies & fat free swiss cheese, green beans and an apple.

Have a great day!
