Thursday Afternoon Updates, Please...

How is everyone doing on the food, water & workouts du jour?
I'm eating lunch...a bottle of water and a low-fat/low-carb frozen meal (can't remember by which company) of honey dijon chicken and green beans with slivered almonds. I have to say it's pretty darn tasty!
Had a great stretch today. The workout just wasn't happening. I am so sore and so stiff...I knew I needed a good stretch. Hopefully, the sun will be out this afternoon and Sam and I will go for a walk.
Nice and quiet in the office...love this :)

Good idea about listening to your body and stretching today, Sassy! Seems like you are really on track with your eating and exercise.
Got a good 45 minute body sculpting and ab workout today teaching my first class back from vacation. Even though it is an hour class, it doesn't seem to happen. Only had oatmeal so far today with a snack of broccoli. No rhyme or reason for that. Making chicken for dinner.
