How the heck does Phyllis come up with post tittles each morning????I had nothing so I went with the basics.

How is everyone today or is it too soon to tell?Has anyone found the warmth most of us are looking for???

I love coming to the board and reading what's going on with everyone.Deb's new job is so exciting.Love that Nancy's DD will be close and has a great job to look forward to.I think Rhonda has melted all our hearts with those beautiful babies.Every time I thought of them yesterday I smiled. And I love to read about how everyones day goes and just in general what's up with everyone. This board is such a bright spot in my life.I get to be with fascinating women and never have to leave the farm!!!

So what's on your plan for today? The chickens acted up again last night so I never made it to my weights.Maybe today.I want to get a run in though doubt it will be a long one.Hoping to get to a few things that I didn't get to yesterday.Looks like overall the excitement level for the day will be low:) But something just tells me it will be a good day!!!

Hope you each have a great day!!

Miss P

Hi, Nancy: I do cardio (about 30 min on the treadmill - 45 if I feel up to it) and LB work one day, cardio and UB/ab work the next day, then a day off. I'm trying to keep the workouts to between 60-75 minutes. I also try to stretch a bit every day - not a serious yoga routine, but something to get the kinks out (especially in my hips and lower back). I do try to do a mix of freeweights and the weight machine during the LB and UB work.

I'm basically trying not to get bored while I wait out the nice weather; as soon as that happens, we'll be walking outside for probably 45 minutes at a time, unless we can both start doing some running intervals. As soon as the real heavy humidity hits, it'll be back to the treadmill in the nice cool basement. Those days seems so far off....
