Welcome Marilyn! This is the right place, great ladies with great ideas, motivation, and encouragement. They have been wonderful with trying to help me stay focused. They have so much energy you could run a lighting company. Stick around and share some more information about yourself. Lots of luck on your journey. What are some things you are trying to help yourself? Do you walk, go the gym, jazzersize? Eatting plans are you doing one? I look forward to hearing from you!

Hi, Marilyn and welcome!

Some days it can feel like a cage of flesh. Hang in here with us and we'll be more than happy to offer inspiration, a laugh, a shoulder, and a swift but gentle kick you-know-where as you commit to a healthier life. What are you doing for exercise? What are your food weaknesses? What healthy foods do you like to eat? What "diets" have you followed to try to shrink the cage? If there's one thing I've learned, there's no such thing as a "diet", but there is such a thing as healthy life-time eating, and coupled with exercise, you can fight and win the battle against being overweight.

Hope to hear from you often. Read some of our past posts to see where we've been and where we're going on the quest for fitness.

And welcome to your 40th year!
