Well I wish I had a bench & a weight machine, but I don't. There are pictures of equipment similar to those two in the book "Body for Life", so I therefore decided if I can't do all of the exercises, I won't try to do the program. Yes, there are lots of ways to get a good workout with free weights & I do have those - now if I could just DO them when I am supposed to do them, LOL!!!

I think milkshakes & ice cream(or even the water based shakes that have the chocolate in them) just don't agree with my stomach. I can handle yogurt, though and I don't know why! For some reason I have no problem digesting my fruit juice, fresh fruit & soy protein powder smoothies. I have trouble digesting alot of protein bars, too. Some people have weak stomachs & I'm one of them. I've found that soy is my friend & have substituted frozen tofu concoctions for ice cream. My stomach is much better for it.

I personally made myself sick of of meat last year on a low carb type plan - but then again, I've never been a big meat eater. I love veggies and fruits more, but yes, the carbs have been a problem for me. Getting the processed carbs out is very beneficial. It is very difficult to eat right all the time, but I'm working on it! Thinking positively about the foods that I do love helps. I actually like alot of foods you can buy at the health food store such as sprouted "Ezekial" bread & those soy cereals.

Androlean... sounds like a trademarked product that uses androstenedione, which as you probably know, is coming under scrutiny right now. Every month it seems health officials are questioning manufactured supplements and performance enhancers. Whenever I'm remotely interested, I'll read labels, see a bunch of unidentifiable stuff, and recall ephedra among others. I also can't help but notice they pump supplements full of caffeine.

Andro articles from CNN (FDA Crackdown) and WebMD.
