Did ya do it? Did you hustle those hips? Pump those pecs? Giggle those glutes? What morsels did you allow to pass your lips today? Are you drowning in water or parched and dry? Did you smile and pass it on?

So far so good for me!!! I just had to check in with my results. So far today, I did 30 minutes on the Stairmaster and 30 minutes of upper body weights and abs. I was shaking when I was finished, but it felt so darn good!

Breakfast for me was 1/2c. All Bran w/ 1/2c. 1% milk and a couple of strawberries. I just polished off 1/2c. of grapes after my workout along with a litre of water and I'm working on my second. Lunch will be leftover lemon pepper halibut with some stirfried veggies. For dinner I'm attempting a new concoction. It's going to be similar to lasagne, but with a layer of eggplant instead of noodles and some italian bell pepper sausage I got from the butcher's. Along with a big green salad. I'll probably slice up some oranges for dessert.

Have a beautiful day ladies!

I've been fixated on getting to Target the last couple of weeks, so that's where we went. No Misooks there, but Mossimo and Isaac Mizrahi lines caught my attention in the Target print ads and commercials. That slinky fabric (like QVC's Citiknits) is tricky. I'm definitely not ready for that - from the back, for a change, I have to say the view is much improved, but those Pony Express saddlebags have GOT to go! I didn't find any of the mock-neck knit sleeveless shirts I was looking for, but I found the right texture and weight of fabric I'd like to get them in. Boy, does it ever flatter - between my neck and my waist, I look 25! Guess those chest presses are paying off! I'd prefer to wait to get the tops and bottoms together so I don't end up with a lot of shades that just don't quite match.

There's a woman who works in my building who, God love her, just can't quite get the hang of dressing stylishly AND age appropriately. Nothing goes together - color, styles, makeup. I'm afraid I've prejudged her by nicknaming her Pebbles (Yup, remember the hairdo? She's resurrected it.). She never looks put together. Or else, she looks like she put herself together in the dark. I wonder sometimes if she has any really good friends who can set her straight.

The shoes, Rhonda, the shoes.......OK, I'll stop now.

Did you hear there's a Republican fundraiser in Boston today? President Bush is coming to town. The fundraiser is at the hotel across the street from my office. The streets are going to be closed to traffic by 2 this afternoon, and I imagine there are already sharpshooters and agents crawling all over the area. Already there are "no parking - special event" cards posted on the parking meters. Like there's ever any parking anyway!

Where's the green w/envy icon? There are quite a few of those Whole Foods stores in Dallas area, so I guess I'm just going to have to take a shopping trip up there someday soon! Yummy is right, key lime tofu ice cream!!!

Margie, if you're out there reading this, have you been to one of the Whole Foods stores? I'm still getting over the fact that I can drive to a Cracker Barrel easily, now!! LOL!

Whole Foods bought out a small local concern called Bread & Circus and just made the changeover with logo, signs, etc. I only know where one location is near my town - and it's a complete madhouse with traffic and parking. Almost too much activity for the site. I'm looking forward to Whole Foods opening more and larger stores in the area.
