I know it's not all about me, though why it's not I don't know!!!!!I was so unhappy to read this.My day starts every day with a post from you, I need that. When I want to wallow in chips you encourage me to do better.I'm running now because of you. Because of tips you give, encouragement and other stuff.Every time I do my weights I think of you because you gave me a plan I can finally stick with.

I know I should say I understand and I support any decision you make and I do in a way. But also let me say I will do anything to make it possible for you to stay on as CL.What would it take??Is your mind made up?If say 12 chickens were delivered fresh to you each month would that tip the scales any????If I promise, and this is so big, to not whine anymore would that help????If I promise to always say 43 and a natural brunette would that change anything.

I need you to stay on. A dozen things in my life are changing now and I need you and this group to be a constant. But if that isn't possible then I want you to know how much the time you've given, and I think it has been alot,to this board has meant to me.I want you to know that you and your friendship have truly made a difference in my life.

OH NO PHYLLIS! Please do not go. No one has complained about you not posting as much as you used to, heck I have not noticed a difference. Please reconsider!!!!!!!!

I don't know how to do the "respond to all" message or I would.

Thank you, everyone for all the nice things you have said.

Phyllis,

I know I posted earlier today but I haven't been able to stop thinking about what a loss we will have if you are not the CL.

Here's a thought -- how about having some co-CL's (remember when we had 3 or even 4, I think?) to help out with some new ideas and to take some of the load off you? You could just do some of the advice and stuff and let someone else do the morning check-in, an afternoon check-in, and things like that. That way you wouldn't be totally out of the picture or have to "beg" to get the board back, but you wouldn't feel as obligated to put in so much thought and time.

YEAH, I echo that, Princessa! I don't want new blood either. Why mess with success???

I don't have chickens or anything to bribe with, but I feel as Patty does. If you need more time away from the board, Phyllis, we can handle that! We just love our CL Phyllis!!!!

Phyllis instead of stepping down completely how about a co CL? This way you get help and ideas?

Not that I am against Grace stepping in but I would rather have her just jump aboard and help you out. I think if you had one or even two people to help you things might be easier for you. I had not read some of the earlier posts were as Rhonda posted the same idea I did. Please reconsider..........I bet I can get hubby to throw in a free oil change. You might need another by the time you drive back home but hey what ever works!

If you lived closer I could do your yard work or shop for you. Does your dog need a bath??? I'm not proud...
