Lost 1-1/2 pounds, not the best way...

This stomach bug left me with no appetite for close to two days. I ate like a bird because any more wouldn't have stayed. (I enjoyed the jello!) So I stepped on the scales this morning and found that I'd dropped 1-1/2 pounds. Mixed blessing, because I'm not as much a stickler on my eating as I was this time last year and this worked, but I sure wouldn't recommend a stomach bug to do it, and I'd rather have to lose it still than have been sick.
I should be able to get back into a routine today. Bouncing around just didn't sound like a great idea, plus with me not having eaten much, I could tell I was weak.

Sorry you weren't feeling well and those virus's can sure leave you feeling weak. Take it easy on your first workout...but you should be bouncing back pretty quickly since you were working out up until you got it.
Hope the 1 1/2 lbs stays off! It is nice to see the scale go down.
