Good morning gang.So what do you have planned for today? And have you picked an an attitude for today?Have you decided that no matter what the day throws your way you're going to handle it with humor. Have you decided to just lay low and keep quiet today?Have you decided that some things need to be said and today might be today?Have you maybe decided that today you might just move yourself to the top of the list for a change??That's a good thing!!!So many ways for us to face each day. We can't change others actions but we can change our reactions.Just something to think about.

I'm planning on a quiet day at home today.Want to run and do my weights and of course use my ball.Probably throw some housework in for good measure.Have some healthy stuff in the frig fro lunch.Hope when I reach in for that's what I come out with. With my eating I never know.

Any 15 min projects planned?Mine will probably be bill paying.

Whatever your plans for today I hope you each have a good one.

Woke up cranky and I'm sticking with it today.

Wish Flo would just get here and get a move on. I have a cold, allergies, I'm not sure what and her arrival would just be the proverbial straw...I would welcome it!

Did I mention I'm taking today as a rest day from working out? It's humid, humid, humid and overcast and callin' for a bunch of rain the new couple of days. Weekend is supposed to be SWEET :)

This week and next week are going to be super busy. With all of the special events surrounding Easter and the end of 40 Days of Purpose and the Pastor will be heading out of town for a week the Monday after Easter...but that will be a break for me that week. Hope to hook up with a certain beloved Princess for lunch that week.

Phyllis...are you near the wildfires in Colorado? Saw it on the news this morning, but didn't catch where they were located.

DD is having melt down after melt down in her room this morning. The joys of puberty. Deep breaths are the order of the day for me.

Later, Ladies.

Sassy

bleh

Overslept this morning. I had planned on getting a nice roast in the crockpot this morning before heading to work but of course that's not going to happen now. I really wanted a roast beast today. No shower, no bearwalk, bleh. So I whipped through the drive-thru at McD's and went bombing down the highway sucking down a McBreakfast.

So, I'm sitting here, not late for work with a McGriddle churning around in my stomach trying to decide what to do first today. Naturally, I chose a visit with my friends first.

Anyway, today's workout I dunno yet. I was so crabby last night that Jeff told me to go back to Jazzercise...funny guy...I'd love nothing more and I would go in a heartbeat if I could get this creaky, crunchy, creepy noise my knees make when I bend them to stop. Ah well, maybe in the fall I'll try again. There are too many fun outdoors things to do now that spring has finally sprung.

So, since I'm not getting my roast beast dinner tonight maybe I'll treat myself to a meal at Applebee's. Haven't been there in a coon's age. That sounds pretty good.

Have a good day everyone!

Well it's raining it's pouring and half the house is still snoring. Two of the three kids go into work later than everyone else so they are still snoring away on this gray, dreary and rather chilly day.

As for the mama she's been up and did some weights and treadmill with the tunes of the Eagles keeping me company.

My favorite test subjects are being tested again today on a new recipie from the collection. I'm trying out a turkey meatball minestrone soup on the family this evening. Think I may throw some ingredients in the bread machine as well. Seems like a perfect day for some homemade soup. Tutoring was cancelled last night so we'll be trying again for this evening.

Whatever it will be for Wednesday hope it's Wonderful!

Good morning! 15 min. project - no choice. Baseball meeting tonight - and on my night off! How dare they!!!

Got up super early this a.m. & since I don't have to go into work until later (dentist apptmt.), I decided to do a 6 mile powerwalk. I'm exhausted now!

Have a great day, great ladies!

This am I have an 830-11am wrap up meeting for our art show, followed by a one hour meeting for the YWCA luncheon, followed by a luncheon, followed by shopping.

Have you had your instructor show you all low impact moves in Jazzercise?

Unfortunately yes. I've been following the low impact versions religiously for the last 2 months (with the exception of a certain, really kicky song from Chicago that I absolutely love and a couple of others that beg for energy). Seriously, only one song per set at anything above low impact.

In spite of all that, I'm thinking of going tonight anyway, my membership is good through the end of April so....I know, really dumb idea. I did that entire, 1 hour long Pilates tape last night and never broke a sweat even. Not feeling any of it, I swear. It says intermediate on the tape so I figured it would be a pretty good workout. NUTS! And to be truthful, my legs and joints do feel better today. Just making that creaky noise in the knees today. It HAS been a week since I went to class. And I was doing ok on 3 classes a week until I decided to up it to 5 a few weeks ago.

Ok, I twisted my own arm. I may regret it tomorrow, but I'm going to try it tonight. I'm about to go out of my mind with stress and I swear the only thing that makes it go away is a good Jazz class and a short yoga session afterwards. Just the yoga doesn't do it for me. I think I'm driving myself crazy with this stuff. Ok, I know I am...LoL.

As Phyllis would say, "Moderation."

Thanks Deb.

You know what there is absolutely nothing wrong with being cranky some days. It's a real emotion and sometimes you just have to stop fighting what you feel and go with it.I'm sorry you're feeling lousy though.

Beloved Princess....love that title!!!
