Good morning gang.So what do you have planned for today?And have you picked an an attitude for today?Have you decided that no matter what the day throws your way you're going to handle it with humor. Have you decided to just lay low and keep quiet today?Have you decided that some things need to be said and today might be today?Have you maybe decided that today you might just move yourself to the top of the list for a change??That's a good thing!!!So many ways for us to face each day. We can't change others actions but we can change our reactions.Just something to think about.

I'm planning on a quiet day at home today.Want to run and do my weights and of course use my ball.Probably throw some housework in for good measure.Have some healthy stuff in the frig fro lunch.Hope when I reach in for that's what I come out with.With my eating I never know.

Any 15 min projects planned?Mine will probably be bill paying.

Whatever your plans for today I hope you each have a good one.

Wish I could show up at your place and get a roast on, that does sound good!You know it really stinks that you can't do the exercise you enjoy.There has to be a way and we are going to find it.I don't care if we drive everyone crazy trying to figure it out.

DH says I'm driving him crazy with my finger and he's glad I don't get hurt often.Why does that not sound quite right????Kinda makes my problem all about him!!!!!

I'm so sorry to hear of your in laws health problems.Hope things improve.Oh yes, the relatives that live too far away and are too busy.Yes, I can understand but sometimes it's tough isn't it?Hope you make your coffee date.

Go for it. Maybe try taking an antiflammatory before and a soak after?

Nancy, hope your MIL is able to go home soon. Keep us posted. Aunt Flo seems to be plotting a mass attack on the board!! I'm over the worst of her visit, but still have several days to go. Hope she won't be too cruel on her visit to you.

Good late morning everyone! I read the April issue of "First" magazine, which is usually by the cashier at the grocery store, and it had some good articles about health and nutrition that have inspired me to get off my butt (no small accomplishment)! I am drinking a strawberry protein smoothie and will shortly put on my CardioStrides and sunhat and head out for a walk. Shock!! I just HAVE to get moving more. My joints are hurting more and more, and I'm afraid I'm going to stove up if I don't get into a regular routine. I'm also getting back on my supplements. I've been really negligent about those, and they're too important to let slide.


It's a beautiful, sunny day, so I'm going to take advantage of it. It was 86 yesterday. Don't think it's going to be that warm today, but it will still be a great day to be outside.


PHYLLIS, I'm missing you already!!!!
