Good morning gang.So what do you have planned for today?And have you picked an an attitude for today?Have you decided that no matter what the day throws your way you're going to handle it with humor. Have you decided to just lay low and keep quiet today?Have you decided that some things need to be said and today might be today?Have you maybe decided that today you might just move yourself to the top of the list for a change??That's a good thing!!!So many ways for us to face each day. We can't change others actions but we can change our reactions.Just something to think about.

I'm planning on a quiet day at home today.Want to run and do my weights and of course use my ball.Probably throw some housework in for good measure.Have some healthy stuff in the frig fro lunch.Hope when I reach in for that's what I come out with.With my eating I never know.

Any 15 min projects planned?Mine will probably be bill paying.

Whatever your plans for today I hope you each have a good one.

I'm so sorry to hear that your joints are hurting more.I admire you for all you do with the pain.I know it can't be easy and I tend to take for granted not being in a situation like that.May have to get that magazine,sounds like a good issue.Enjoy the sunshine!!!!

With all you do, Rhonda, it's amazing you remember to take your supplements! I have to put mine on the bed table w/water bottle to remember each night.

I hope you feel better soon! Walking sure does energize me & if I take the time to do stretching, I really work wonders!

I miss Phyllis too!!!! Boo hoo!!!!

Nice that you planned a day for you today, Patti! Hope you have a good day and you come out with healthy food for lunch. If your fridge is like mine, it is a challenge to go right for the healthy stuff.


I am not doing much today myself. Did my Pilates class and then some shopping. I am really enjoying shopping after not doing much after my surgeries. I think I made up for lost time already.

When did you join Curves, Michele? I was thinking of trying it for a month after I get the ok from the doc. I thought it would be a jump start on getting back to working out regularly.

Hey, Lori...I do know something about creaking knees when I overdo. Have you tried new shoes? Look for aerobic or studio shoes and replace them every 3 months with high use. If you use walking or running shoes...that could be the problem. Also, what kind of floor are you on? If it carpet over cement, that can be another problem. The carpet will make lateral moves hard if you are not wearing aerobic shoes. Of course, working on cement is the worse thing for you joints...high or low impact.


Try taking some ibuprophen and enjoy the class. I know

Here you are getting up early and working out and wondering why you are tired. You have such a full day...how do you do it with working full time?


Hope you are doing better! Sometimes "journaling" here with your friends can help.

Good workout for you today, Kat...no grass growing under your feet! Too bad you have a meeting on your night off, but we moms will do anything for our kids.

What beautiful weather to take of advantage of for a walk. We are a bit chilly here yet. Hope the walk helps your aching joints. I always read that moving helps, but when you are in pain, it is hard to do it.


Good luck with getting back on the nutrition wagon and taking your supplements. Got to work on the inside to get the outside looking and feeling better.


Enjoy your day and I just love First. I subscribed to it so I don't miss an issue.
