Good morning gang.So what do you have planned for today? And have you picked an an attitude for today?Have you decided that no matter what the day throws your way you're going to handle it with humor. Have you decided to just lay low and keep quiet today?Have you decided that some things need to be said and today might be today?Have you maybe decided that today you might just move yourself to the top of the list for a change??That's a good thing!!!So many ways for us to face each day. We can't change others actions but we can change our reactions.Just something to think about.

I'm planning on a quiet day at home today.Want to run and do my weights and of course use my ball.Probably throw some housework in for good measure.Have some healthy stuff in the frig fro lunch.Hope when I reach in for that's what I come out with. With my eating I never know.

Any 15 min projects planned?Mine will probably be bill paying.

Whatever your plans for today I hope you each have a good one.

Miss P

Looks like PMS is running wild on the board today. Is it like women who live together and it happens at the same time?

Hope MIL is doing ok and FIL is taking the lifeline in stride. Enjoy your coffee date..good to hear that you are doing something for yourself after taking care of inlaws.

Have a nice day, Nancy.

Thanks, guys! I do feel better today. Don't know if it's one thing or a combination, but probably a combo. I've eaten well, so far, but the real test will be closer to bedtime. That's become my danger time when I'm on the computer or reading.

I walked for about half an hour and have kept my Cardiostrides on even while I'm walking around the house and out watering in the yard. They're about 2 1/2 lbs. each, so they do make a surprising difference. I know I will feel it tomorrow, but I hope in a good way. I took all my supplements, and I think they're helping.

They are both awesome! Have not finished Experiencing God...but it is a "standard" for bible studies. Anything by Beth Moore is worth participating. She really gets to the heart of women.

Let us know which you decide...maybe we can all join in ala Purpose Driven Life.

Thanks for your input. I had a feeling you, Phyllis, or some of the other women might have knowledge about them. I'm sure if you think they're good, I'll think so too. I just hope

Hey Deb, class went ok. I only stayed for the aerobic part. Boy, I really wasn't doing much in the way of low impact before. I was trying to stay focused on that last night and it was much better for me. I'm a little sore today in the knees, but no more so than yesterday morning. I'm taking a couple of days off and doing some other things now. I just can't give it up. I turn into a real crank if I don't get my dose of Jazzerfun.
