Second week and still at it....

Ok I'm starting my second week and I can see that this is going to be good for me. I can drink more water and walk faster and do more on the machines. I have made my mind up to ease back on the tred. I was doing four miles at 4mph on incline of five but my left knee started to hurt and my ankle.
so I will be doing 2 miles on the tred and half hour on the machines to see if that helps. My mind is willing by body is not.... At age 53 I have to let myself know that I am not a kid any more..lol I have lost four pounds but now I'm just sitting at the same, guess I'm building muscle. Soon I hope to see the scale drop. I also hope my knee gets better and my ankle stops hurting when I walk. Have a great day, here in Florida it is so nice. I only wish I did not have to work today and could get outside. What part of Florida are you from? I lived in Central & So. Florida until I was 17.
