I saw in the new Prevention magazine that I got yesterday that doctors are now recommending movement as part of getting muscle, ligament and tendon strains feeling better. Moderate movement that is as well as RICE. They don't want you to just sit around doing nothing until it feels better.


So your idea to work upper body and keep moving a little is a good idea.

Thank you Grace, I have been walking around on it as well as resting with ice. It feels so much better now. I will start back on Mon and this time slower and use my new found stretching. Have a great weekend. Diann
