Really been busy around here today. I'm ready for bed but my still wet hair isn't so I figured I would head down to the computer and see what everyone has been up to today.
Sassy hope you're feeling better tomorrow and the family has let you get some well deserved rest.
Younger DD and I made a lot of progress in the basement. Started off the day renting a storage unit. This guy is really nice and gave me a really nice deal on the unit with a discounted rate and a free month and a lock for the unit. I couldn't believe the stuff that had amassed. DD had just thrown everything into bags and bins and it was truly a mess. We managed to get the stuff hauled over this afternoon and I've shredded mountains of paper, thrown out a ton and organized a lot of stuff for a garage sale. I won't say it's habitable down here yet but we're getting there and we made a lot of progress. DD is a perfectionist when it comes to organizing and putting away photos and negatives. Guess 4 years of majoring in photography will do that to you. Over the winter we had successfully put away mountains of photos that I had let accumulate and this evening we sat with the index prints and put away all the negatives in chronological order. She has made me vow that I'll never let my photos get that way again. I think this whole thing is going to change a lot of the way things have gotten around here. Actually had to treat the family to Wendy's this evening 'cause there was no way this tired Mama was cooking anything tonight. I tried there new chicken and spinach salad-I can't tell you whether it's good or not because I was so hungry and ate it so fast I'm not sure what it tasted like. And now I sure am wishing for a McFlurry!
I rarely drink but when I do a glass of wine(or a cold beer) is what I go for!So yes, now you have influenced me :)Red or white, which goes best with McFlurry??????
