Nothing exciting planned for here today.Plan on getting a run in on the treadmill.The chickens are keeping me busy right now.Two houses are falling apart on me and it's nothing more than a sorry breed of birds.Gets frustrating to get this far into a flock and have this happen.Tomorrow the service guy is suppose to show up.I am so frustrated with him and the company.I had mentioned earlier they wanted me to do some things at my expense.They have yet to give me a cost on it.All service guy says is"it shouldn't be much".That's no way to do business. Plus it would appear it has done nothing to help and maybe even gone in the other direction.Then the other day when I had problems and concerns the service guy sent out a substitute because he was too busy to get over here.Wish I had a substitute I could send out to do my work.Sorry didn't mean to get off on a whine so early in the day!!!!!

Hi, Michele! You are so right...it is all about attitude. I can't believe how much more I am doing with feeling better about things and having something to plan for, like the Pilates.
Spring break just started here. It kind of snuck up on me here. I only know about it because DD is a teacher. I am really out of the loop!
Glad you came across that pastor and his sermon. Just never know where inspiration will come from

Didn't notice the time change this morning. In fact, it works out better for me. I got to sleep in until 8:00 this morning instead of 7! :)
Patty, I think we may have some of the heat and sunshine you are looking for. We broke a temp record here yesterday....63.8. It was a fabulous day, with just a gentle breeze. Definitely shorts and tank weather. I spent my afternoon scrubbing the deck and getting it set up. It looked so inviting this morning. Looks like we are going to have another day like yesterday too! The sun is already very warm coming through the living room window.
I've been really on track with my eating and exercise the last 4 days. So, I was really disappointed when getting dressed and none of my clothes fit. I felt like the Goodyear Blimp and AF not due until Tuesday. Surprise! At least I know why now and I know that it's only temporary!
I've started pumping my food back into Fitday. Just thought I'd share something I found quite surprising. I have a tough time meeting the requirements for iron and calcium through food alone and take a multivitamin to cover myself. But, just a 1/2 c. of firm tofu provides over 80% of iron and calcium. Surprisingly, soy milk doesn't contribute nearly as much! I think I shall have to investigate other soy sources and see how effective they are.
