Is there a pain icon??? Uhhhhhh, after going to bed at 5:30 AM and then 1:30 AM this weekend, I am dragging. I don't know what got into me Saturday night, but suddenly I was wide awake and watching movies until the wee hours. Last night was the concert. I'm letting Rob sleep at long as possible, which means about 5 more minutes.
The moon is incredibly bright this morning. Once I take Rob to school and go back to bed and the brain fog has lifted, I'll know more what I'll be doing today.
What's up with you? Exercise? Food? Water? Your 15-minute project? Does anybody have anything fun and exciting happening?
Hope it's a great start to your week!

Can you believe how Shar's mind works?I was hoping I was a better influence than that ;)

Rhonda take that nap. I did yesterday and it felt great, heck it got me through the day. No workout this morning, did not go to bed until late so I just folded some laundry and sipped my tea while watching the morning news. I am just waiting for my turn in the shower. Bill is gone and Billy should be out behind him in about 15 minutes, then I need to hussle to get done. My clothes are ironed and the bed is made. My mom is coming to stay with Katie for the day. I am planning on doing my 2 mile walk away the pounds tape after I get home from work. My 15 minute project, to call the gas company and pay my bill over the phone. Thats it for me, I will drink as much water as I can too.

Rhonda-get a good loooooong nap in today!
Nancy good job on the weight loss and DS'internship certainly sounds like good reason for a road trip or two!
It is a beautiful bright blue sky out there but baby it's cold out there. Think mother nature has her gears in reverse!
Feeling a bit slugglish this morning-too much work this weekend and not enough play time! I did get up in time to get a walk video in this morning. Work is going to be interesting this week, boss man is on trial this week which always makes my job all the more interesting and one of the secretaries left and not being able to find a temp for replacement should meet for some interesting office moments-maybe I should find a place to hide now.
I have a ton of things that need to be done around here including bill paying, getting my laundry put away and a kitchen that doesn't have a square inch of workable room.
Hope Monday treats everyone in a good way!
Had a good weekend. Started friday night with my belated birthday dinner. We were worn out wednesday night so we opted for pizza and beer (ok, diet coke) on friday night. It was yummy. Saturday and sunday were ok. Did laundry, teased da bears and got my hair cut off in my annual spring trimming event. Went to two Jazz classes this weekend and I think things are going pretty well. I'll be taking today off and maybe just have a short walk. I need to make some room in the garage for some stuff. That might take a while...Ok it will take a while, but what the heck have I got to do anyway? LoL
Spent part of Saturday planning my trip to CO. Got my transportation lined up and made my packing list. It's so hard to not start packing already! I'm such a dork.
Have a great day and week!

I'll do UB, abs, *maybe* some LB work this morning, and will try to get in either a run or some sprints this afternoon while Allison is at gymnastics. She's helping me do laundry, and I'll need to pick up a few things at the grocery store today. Maybe she and I will do something fun together.

I posted a super long message yesterday afternoon and lost it. Hate that. Got so disgusted I shut down the computer. I had trouble getting onto ivillage most of the day yesterday. Anyone else?
It is super, super windy and cold here today. Had planned on bundling up and pound the pavement no matter what, but guess it won't do my illness any good. So I'm going to hit the treadmill instead. Weights and abs are also on the schedule.
Spring Break here. Dragging kids with me to church to do some odd jobs up there. They have lots of projects for them at home this week, too. Going to be busy for me with 4 services to pull together. But the boss is away next week and I'll gel out then. Kids will also be back to school then.
Might be able to pound the pavement tomorrow. Wind is supposedly moving out. I need to feel the sun on my face and the pavement under my feet. Had hoped to get the kids out on the bike trails with me, but everything is so wet, we'll see.
Gotta get moving.
Later....Sassy
We survived the loss of an hours' sleep (who knew one little hour could be so precious?) and the sleepover. Actually, the sleepover was easy to survive; my niece was as good as gold - she was absolutely on her best behavior. I think she was so happy to be away from her brother that she totally relaxed and was most agreeable about everything. We colored Easter eggs, went out for Chinese food, made Sunday breakfast together (blueberry pancakes, Canadian bacon, and Cocoa Puffs for one of us!), did arts-and-crafts, wrote and mailed letters to her mom and dad and little brother, went to the library and read, rehearsed her ballet and tap numbers for her May recital, went out for lunch, and watched "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat" a couple of times (!). She's hooked on the movie, and didn't stop singing songs from the score all weekend. And she can sing - she's able to carry the tunes her mother tried valiantly to do. Look for her in the 2008 revival of "Annie"!
We didn't take her home until fairly late Sunday afternoon, and she was still angling to come back to our house and for us to call her mom to come and pick her up. I'm glad she's comfortable and happy with us. She's so grown up and so mature (she's almost 7, after all), but there's still a little, little girl in there who needs a lot of one-on-one attention, and she gets that from us.
The rest of the weekend pales. Really, the whole focus was on her, and DH and I both had a blast.
Today we get back to our version of normal. There will be a full workout for me - my first in about a week. There will be healthy eating. There will be bill paying, checkbook balancing, signature authorization signing so the accountant can e-file for us. And vacuuming; there's gold and purple glitter on the floor from a spilling accident that my niece wanted to clean up herself. She did pretty well with the big vacuum cleaner, but DH is still collecting glitter on his socks and probably will be for a while.
Have a wonderful Monday, everyone. Will someone send me a patch of blue sky? I'm not asking for much. I'll even deal with the occasional snow flurries we're having.....
Donna
The sleepover sounds like so much fun.Isn't your niece lucky to have an aunt like you.
