Is there a pain icon??? Uhhhhhh, after going to bed at 5:30 AM and then 1:30 AM this weekend, I am dragging. I don't know what got into me Saturday night, but suddenly I was wide awake and watching movies until the wee hours. Last night was the concert. I'm letting Rob sleep at long as possible, which means about 5 more minutes.
The moon is incredibly bright this morning. Once I take Rob to school and go back to bed and the brain fog has lifted, I'll know more what I'll be doing today.
What's up with you? Exercise? Food? Water? Your 15-minute project? Does anybody have anything fun and exciting happening?
Hope it's a great start to your week!

I think I'm lucky to have a niece like her. When you surprise someone with hard-boiled eggs to color and her eyes bug out of her head as she grins, throws her arms around you, and says "Auntie, I love you!", what else do you really need?!
Plans for today are using the Elliptical and Spin machines, picking up the car from having a tune-up and minor stuff, and boring chores throughout the day.
Have a good day!

They're callin' for blue skies and temps of 60ish in our neck of the woods. Perfect day for a good long walk. I'm thinking I'll put Max in the buggy and head off while Adam is in school. If he doesn't ride in the buggy, he spends his time inspecting every bug and sidewalk crack along the way and I don't much cardio! :) Typical boy
UB weights for me this afternoon.
I hope this morning's weigh-in is not a sign of how my week has been going!!! Up two pounds, even though my eating has been good and I'm getting my exercise in. AF is still hanging around, but I don't think that's it now. I'm really hoping it's water retention from the exercise and good things are happening.
JazzerDeb.....are you back home? How did you enjoy our fine city?
Have a beautiful day my friends and don't for get to exercise those cheek muscles too! Pass this smile along!

Merciless is my schedule this week. Working tons of hours this week (thankfully, Good Friday off at the Realtors) & both jobs are super busy. Meetings galore at Realtors & baseball is trying to cramp my style. Coach wants 4 days of practice in this week!!! HELLOOOOO - Friday is a holiday!!! I was sure to remind him of that (but in a nice way).
Today, just a 2 mile powerwalk day - had to get that devotional in. I made a decision not to pick up "Tribulation Force" again until Saturday. I shouldn't have begun it, though, as it will eat at me. Getting my devotionals, workouts, laundry, dishes, the boys to baseball practice & even the meals in will take a miracle this week. Good thing I cleaned house yesterday & grocery shopped Sat.
Have a mercy filled Monday, everyone!
Hope you were able to get your nap in today, Rhonda! Another reason to have brain fog is good at our "age".
I taught my 8:30 Pilates class and it went pretty well. A little more practice and it will go smoother. After that I went to another gym to take a Pilates class and make notes. That one ended up being my workout because it is hard to talk and demonstrate and do the exercises right. I could concentrate on me at the second class.
I had Empire Carpet come in for an estimate today for window treatments. They are much more expensive than I thought. I will have to think about it and see if I am going to do it. They do have good quality things.
Well...that is my exciting day.

It really stinks that this time of our life comes with sleep disturbances. Looks like it hit you too! Hope you get some energy with your workout. Sometimes it helps. Have a good day too.

You made me laugh with your post Patty with "cleaning the house...maybe". I feel like that most days. I think as far as priorities...working out and taking care of you comes first...wink ;). I always found the darn housework will wait for me.
