Is Monday New Beginnings Day for you?

I always seem to start things on Mondays. This Monday is no different. Anyone else? I plan my goals, challenges, and start again on healthy eating. With that in mind, I thought we could post every Monday what are goals, etc are for the week. Then check in the following Monday on how it went. I guess we could do it in the folder below. So..we could practice this week since I am late posting it and start for real next week. I find posting it keeps me a little more accountable.

Yep, Monday is typically the day I put down the chips and get out the salad. The theme tends to change as the week goes on.....

Well, I *try* to let it be a beginning, but I'm not good at clarifying - I tend to be a bit too freewheeling and "come what may." Probably because I'm a SAHM and DD and I seldom have to be anywhere.

I think it'd be good for me.

Mondays do usually start a new beginning. I just find it difficult to keep it going all week. As the challenge of keeping up with work and keeping up with things around the house I find it difficult to maintain. It certainly would be nice not to have to start over every Monday but to find that balance that could continue right through the week into the next without starting new every week.

I also usually look at Mondays as a new beginning or fresh start. Just like everyone else, as the week wears on, my will wears down.

It must be universal....I, too, start new beginnings on Monday.
