So how did everyone do this afternoon? Did you get your work out done? Did you clean that house? Did your boss give you a pat on the back for a job well done? Did you decide what was for dinner tonight and who was going to cook it? Did you say I love you to someone special? How about that 15 minute project, did it lead into a 30 minute project?

I've been out in the yard a lot today, but did let Rob drive us up to the plant nursery and to Walmart. I got 18 more Dahlias, because they've done well and look so beautiful, and I'll be needing to replace the snapdragons in a month or less probably.

We'll just say that this has been a less than successful day. I did get a workout in this morning and that's always a good thing but really didn't fare too well in the other departments. It was so cold in the office today that I had a difficult time keeping up with the water and let's just say a crumb cake and some easter M&M's came between me and good eating. I so needed a caffeine fix this afternoon and the girl apparently decided that I really needed decaf so just didn't get my jump start this afternoon. But as they say tomorrow is another day.

I guess I need to answer my own question here. I did not post earlier because in the back of my mind I was still going to get that walk in but it aint going to happin today. I did however make all the beds, and clean both bathrooms from top to bottom. Swept and mopped the kitchen floor and a bunch of other little things. Ran to the grocery store and bought some fresh veggies to go with my roasted chicken that is in the oven now. So for dinner I am making an Oven Stuffer Roaster, with Teriaki Sauce over it, Rice, cauliflower, and stringbeans. Lets not forget the cranberries too.

Katie is sleeping over my sisters tonight so I should be more relaxed tomorrow before work. I think I will aim for an early night tonight so I can get up early and walk. Sounds like a possible plan!

The chickens have worked me hard today and I still have a few hours to go later tonight.I was tempted to blow off my workout but I read this check in post and it got me in gear.So I just got off the treadmill. I even managed to clean the bathroom today.Made a Walmart run to get things for an Easter basket for DS and DH to share.Somehow a yellow tank with a Bahamas logo across the front made it's way into my cart.Just looking at it made me think of warm days, blue skies, brillant sunshine and cabana boys.A Princess can dream.....

Heading to the dungeon as soon as I finish reading a few more posts. Cardio and UB/abs. Leftovers are ready to pop into the oven. I will exercise not just my body, but my brain - concentrating on portion control!

Oh princess, you do cut a picture! I can see you loungin' on a chaise chair, with your yellow "Bahamas" tank, in the middle of the chicken barn, with a cute little caban boy bringing you Margaritas or is it a Daquiri? LOL

Great day here. I got a nice walk in this morning with Max. Although, I think I must have strained a muscle the other day when I was playing badminton with Adam, because I can feel it today. On the same leg, my knee has a titch of pain when I go up and down too! I think they are probably related. I think that my pedometer may be biting the dust too! It only logged 500 steps to ds's school this morning, and I know it's much further. I'm thinking the little "thingy" inside is probably sticking! ACK!

Eating has been extremely good. Break-free omelette with a piece of sprouted flaxbread toast for breaky, curried tuna and apple salad for lunch and dinner will be home-made burgers on the barby with oven baked french fries and salad. I'll try for the weights after dinner.

Didn't get the photos taken that I wanted, but I did hit the grocery store, bought the manure I needed for the garden and went to the Gap and Toys 'R US for easter goodies. All done! Also folded all the laundry and got it put away and cleaned the bathroom. Pretty satisfied with the way the day shaped up.

Wow Nancy, I am impressed. You had yourself a pretty productive day. You should be patting yourself on the back. With all you household chores you managed to get that walk in, and I think that is awsome. Congrats!!!
