Ouch! I guess that's one reason to like a laundry basket. Glad it was that and not the cement floor. Hope you're ok and not too seriously bruised up.

Ouch Nancy, sorry you fell and got hurt. I guess you are lucky you were carring the basket and it broke your fall. Maybe a hot bath tonight to go along with the tylonal for those aches and pains you are going to be feeling later. Becareful please!!!!

Nancy, so sorry to hear about your fall!! Thank goodness for the laundry basket. Wish I were close by to let you put some magnets on the sore spots. You'd be amazed how they help prevent bruises and reduce pain. Some ice and Vit. C might help minimize bruising. The ibuprofen is a good idea too. Sure hope it's just minor and goes away quickly.

Hugs,

Rhonda

Flowers for your bonks. Glad the laundry basket was there and that you didn't break anything.

I felt like such an imbecile 3 years ago when I broke my foot. All I was doing was *walking* for Pete's sake. I joked with the doctor that I was going to go back to roller blading because it was less dangerous. He laughed, though nervously!

Ouch! Keep some ice on that jaw and turn on the lights next time! Sheesh, be careful or you'll have to put your DH in a nursing home while you heal up!
