best place for journal/type entries

I am looking for a community and the best place to make daily journal entries.
I am wanting to lose some inches and make some changes and continue some changes and I want a place to record things, and if anyone else is wanting a cyber-buddy for the journey, I would like that too.

I don't even have a goal at this point.
Just losing maybe 2,3 4 5 inches? I'm not sure.
If nothing else - just to have lots of energy and be thankful for my body just as it is.
I am going to use the Mars and Venus diet and exercise solution as a guide.
I am going to walk,(or rollerblade or bike)3 times a week
and yoga about 5 hours a week, since that's how much I teach/attend class.
And some meditation/energy medicine thrown in there too, since I think it will be helpful.
Is there a section of this community that is for journaling or buddies checking on each other?

Hi, thinkfirst and welcome to the board. It is nice to meet you. Your plan looks like a good one. You can actually post your daily journal anywhere on the board or go under the challenges or goals folders. I am starting a Monday check in every week too where you can review how your week went, see what worked and what didn't, and state what you are going to do for the next week.
If you want, you could start a food/exercise journal post under general discussions every day. I am sure other would post under it too. So...see what works best for you. I see other boards do this on a daily basis.
