Good morning! I'm an early bird today. Had to leave 1/2 an hr. early to take care of Rob's friend's dogs and cat.
What's on your agenda today? Is it "Friday" for any of you because you have Good Friday off? What are you thankful for this fine day?
Have a wonderful day everyone!

I walked 10,095 steps yesterday after I put my pedometer on until I took it off about 9:30 last night. That translates to 3.83 miles using my typical step length. It was close to 11 before I put it on, so I figure I walked over 4 miles yesterday mowing the lawn, doing yard work, and running errands. Not too shabby.
I made a trip to the health food store (always dangerous) and got a book on arthritis by Michael Murray, N.D. I read that until 1:30 this morning. Also, got some hyaluronic gel moisturizer, some capsules that have hyaluronic acid, antioxidants (C, E, grapeseed extract), Alpha lipoic acid, and DMAE in them that

A rainy day here, AGAIN.Planning on meeting my sister for lunch so that will brighten the day up. Workout plans are a run on the treadmill, hope to make it a longer one.
Food has been so out of control for me lately.I don't remember when I've ever eaten this much.Flo showed up and that may be part of it.On a very positive note I had no pms moods or funks whatsoever. But if anyone has any suggestions for how to get my eating back under control please speak up!!!!!
Enjoy your day!

Ding Dong the chickens are gone! Yea, for you!
If anyone does come up with a way to get eating under control, I'd sure love to hear it! She'd also probably become a

It's still Thursday for me. We'll be only working part of the day tomorrow but still have to get up and get out. It will be interesting to see how work goes the next 2 days as they're installing a new computer system. Not sure how that's going to coordinate with getting any work done-maybe we'll just have to go home :)!
Workout for moi just didn't happen. Alarm was set, alarm went off, alarm was shut off and the next thing I knew it was an hour later! So far I've survived a leak in the basement, competing with DH for the shower and a collision with DS for bathroom space-too many people messing with my morning routine! I really am such a creature of habit.
Thankful for the extra hour of daylight and for a beautiful day yesterday that allowed me to walk Otto with only one sweatshirt and I was able to leave the gloves and hat at home. And for DD who helped me so much this past weekend. I never could have accomplished what I did without her help!
Nothing much else going on around here although it is Thursday, have company coming Sunday and still haven't decided what's on the menu-guess that will have to be my 15 minute project.
Have a great day everyone!

Another day of sunshine; if it would get a smidge warmer, I could get used to this. I hope it extends through the weekend, but it's not looking promising.
No holiday for me on Friday; no way, no how, no chance. No heart at the corporate level. And I've got a deadline Monday, so even if corporate showed a heart, I couldn't take advantage of it. Was it just a year ago that the buzzwords were "our employees are our greatest asset"?!
On this Thursday, I'm thankful for the U.S. Marines. I've been saying a little silent prayer for them every morning. What horrors they face, willingly, for our safety.
Workout tonight will be LB and abs, especially workin' those saddlebags. I'll go back to the weights for my side and rear leg lifts. And I have a 4-legged step stool that looks like the Firm's fanny lifter, so I'm going to use it to try to get some lunges in that won't kill my knees.
I heard the tinkling of jellybeans being poured into a nearby candy dish a few minutes ago. Darn!
Have a great day, everyone!
