Good morning! I'm an early bird today. Had to leave 1/2 an hr. early to take care of Rob's friend's dogs and cat.

What's on your agenda today? Is it "Friday" for any of you because you have Good Friday off? What are you thankful for this fine day?

Have a wonderful day everyone!

Rhonda

So good to have the kids home for the holidays. I will only have 2 of mine home, but Easter is usually a little low key here.

Have a great day off and a Happy Easter.

Whew, busy day, Rhonda! I find health food stores and Trader Joes dangerous places too. I can browse around forever looking at the goods.

Hope you get some good helpful info about athritis in that book and that you can get some relief. Great job with the walking. Looks like you are starting to move...do you have spring fever with getting out more.

Very interested to see what The Apprentice is about tonight. I don't get why 2 are being fired and why Troy and Omarosa are back. Oprah is having fired ones on today too. Want to catch that! Should be interesting to see Heidi and Omarosa together again.

Have a good one. Maybe we will be doing cyber-Pilates together soon.

For my workout I said I'd take it easy...that could mean I'm going to take a nap on the hammock LOL..what I meant is I'm going to two Jazzercise classes but not overdo it.

Hope you find that corn in the freezer, Lori! WE have a small chest freezer and I have no idea what is on the bottom of it. I don't know why DH bought that kind.

Sorry you are in so much pain. I do hope you get answers Monday on what is going on. Don't worry about working out when you are in pain. You have to listen to your body. Try to relax on your 3 day weekend and are able to enjoy the holiday.

Hang in there buddy.

I wish I had an answer for keeping the eating under control. The only thing I can do is eat as healthy as possible when I do eat. I eat soup and/or salad for a first course at dinner to help fill me up. The extra fiber I am getting in with my food does keep me a little fuller. Avoiding high glycemic carbs is good too. I always read that exercising is supposed to cut your appetite, but not me. It works the other way usually. As long as I am in the house and near food, I want to eat! Keeping busy out of the house helps a lot.

Are you eating nutritiously or taking a multi vitamin? Sometimes eating can be up when you are not getting a balanced diet. Just a thought. Also, do you eat breakfast early in the day? I am not a breakfast eater at all and when I do finally eat past 11, I can be over hungry (not always)

At least you get 1/2 a day tomorrow, Susan...it is a little something. I am a creature of habit with my morning routine too. My biggest thing is being alone in the morning and no interruptions. The weekends are hard with others around and I can't do my thing.

Glad you enjoyed your extra hour of daylight in that beautiful weather we had yesterday. It made me feel so good to not have to wear a heavy coat.

Let us know what you decide to cook for Easter. I am always looking for ideas. Hope you get to enjoy your Easter.
