Good morning! I'm an early bird today. Had to leave 1/2 an hr. early to take care of Rob's friend's dogs and cat.

What's on your agenda today? Is it "Friday" for any of you because you have Good Friday off? What are you thankful for this fine day?

Have a wonderful day everyone!

LOL....glad you didn't expire too, Deb. Some of that food is still good. The dates are usually sale dates and as long as stuff isn't growing on it, it is still ok. Brother and son who both work in labs, have said so. You will know by smell or taste when it is not good anymore. But, after being sick, I am sure everything seems "nasty".

Hey...be careful with your workouts. You may be dehydrated! Enjoy the thin feeling for now. Maybe skip the pot luck dinner.

Grace, funny you should mention taking a vitamin.I had just taken one when I came and read your post. No, I usually don't and had been thinking I should.I think some of this eating has been pms and weather related.Plus I think it was something I started and then just kept going with.Sheesh, I ate 6 big muffins in 4 days time!!!!!!I love those that you can get at Costco.

Thanks for this post, Grace.Good stuff in it.I think the idea of salad or soup is great.

Yeah, I don't plan to overdo it although I'm feeling good today so I might just go to class after work and have a low impact workout.

Same here. I hide it in the vegetable crisper in the refrigerator, because I know they'll NEVER look there. Works every time. LOL!

I bought some leptin, which is supposed to help with cravings and fat burning, but I haven't been taking it like I should. There are SO many supplements I could take, and after a while, it's kind of sickening to swallow so many. I am doing better than I was. Each longer sunny day helps...

I was really intersted in your post about the person you talked with at the health food store.I've been online looking up some supplements for migraines. Going to start gradually with them and try very hard to stick with them for 4 months. B2 is suppose to be a very effective one and they say you have to give it that long.Hard to remember to take them every day.Why can't they put them in M&Ms???Now that I would remember!

Wow, M & M's for migraines! What a concept! I'd never have one again. Maybe Raisinets for allergies???

I've heard that Feverfew is good for migraines, but it also requires a few months (I think) to get into your system. Calcium and magnesium, CoEnzyme Q10, B-complex (especially B2, B3, B5, and B6), Evening Primrose Oil or essential fatty acid complex,

Thanks for the info.Right now I'm doing Bcomplex with extra B2 and magnesium. I'm also adding a Lark multivitamin although not the full daily doseage yet.Plan to add flax oil also.
