Wooo Hooo! GO BILL!!!!!

I am so glad Bill won on The Apprentice. I was kind of worried when his teammates sort of ragged on him, but it all came together. Right up there with Bill winning was Ereka saying in front of millions of people that Omarosa is a liar and she's known it for a long time! I don't know how O. has the nerve to show her face, and she was so critical of other people when she was THE biggest screwup.

I think managing the golf tournament had a lot more details, and I think Carolyn and Donald agreed, because they've both done it. Bill seemed to get his team to share the responsibility, but he had the foresight to pick the stronger employees. That's an important skill in an officer of a co.

I thought he'd pick the job in Chicago since it's his home town, but I'd have taken the one in L.A. Anyway, I'm very happy the way it ended and that he and Kwame were just gentlemen about it. The Crossfire thrown in as a bonus wasn't half bad either. Oh, and Sam offering Trump $250,000. to work for him was a stroke of genius/madness. LOL!

Hear, hear! So glad that Bill came through. I like that he kept his hand in some of the details - I didn't find him to be terribly meddlesome, not to the point that he turned his team off, just watching the details closely. I think his intra-team communication was far more effective than Kwame's precisely because Bill was aware of the details and got them all to pull together; no one ran off trying to be the Big Cheese.

Kwame predictably let O run roughshod over him and the rest of the team, and it cost him dearly. He ticked me off - calling Heidi on the carpet in front of her teammates for something trivial, while he let the Queen off without so much as a stern look. I guess I'm a Heidi fan because I love her spunkiness; not the potty-mouth, but her spirit about the tasks she was assigned and her pride in carrying them out well. She wants her role defined clearly, but I think she's a good team player. I think even Troy was disappointed in Kwame's approach since he'd been suspicious of O from the start of the final task; his disgust with her was plainly visible by the time it was over. I wish Trump had opened the door to Jessica's suite while O was clowning around in that stupid hat like she was the center of the universe. GAG me!

I like how Carolyn made her point about Bill's skills being more in tune with the needs of the Trump organization than Kwame's. She made George's assessment of Kwame look as weak as his leadership style.

I did like the live portion of the show; it showed Trump as more of a mentor than I ever thought he'd be.

I hope the sequel will be as entertaining and interesting, but somehow, I doubt it will be. I like that there's an opening for some of the candidates from this round to return. I would like to see Troy come back; I think he's smart enough to have learned many lessons from Round 1. Sam would be a blast - he might be crazy, but he's fearless and as much a genius at self-promotion as Trump himself. The rest, even including Heidi -nah.

I took my car to the dealership to be worked on (still haven't even gotten the estimate!) and turned the waiting room TV to NBC, so I could see the interviews with Bill, Kwame, and Donald on the Today Show. The crowd was going crazy for the 2 guys.

Bill defended his management style as saying that since it was his huge chance and even though he had faith in the others
