Good morning everyone! I'm already back from taking Rob to school. It should be a beautiful day here, so I may do some yardwork that isn't too terribly messy, or if it is, that will allow me time to clean up to get Rob from school and take him for his eye dr. appt. He's getting his regular eye exam and getting fitted for contacts. He sure won't wear his glasses, and I know there are many times he needs to.

I'm still eating well, but forgot to weigh this morning before I had breakfast. I tried something yesterday that I've

Good Morning. You're up early this morning! I supposed it is because you are going to town to work.

I'm sipping a cup of coffee this morning. I go back and forth on drinking it these days, but don't have any in the house, which means if I really want it, I have to go to Starbucks for it. This morning I really wanted it, obviously. Once kids get to school, oldest DS has an orthodontist appointment. After I drop him at school, I'll pound the pavement to the lake and back. It's already in the 60's here heading to 90. Cleaning ladies come today. I have to go to the office since the boss is back and oldest DS has a doctor's appointment right after school. Volleyball practice tonight. Just another slow day.

Hope you all have a great one.

Sassy

Terrific! You were warmer up there than we were here. I think we were just mid-80's. What extremes of weather you seem to have had the last couple of years. It was so incredibly dry in MD when I was up that even forest animals and trees were dying. Then, it got really wet, then really cold, then more wet, and now very hot for April. Hope it evens out nicely for you.

Good Morning,

It's going to be a sunny and warm day here and is actually supposed to be in the 80's. I've been up since about 4AM. Nerves are getting the best of me this morning. Finally got up out of bed and did a quick mile on the treadmill and did some weight work but concentration wasn't the best this morning. I'll be working until 1:30 and then off for the first part of the thyroid testing. I don't think there will be much else on the agenda for the day.

Hope you all have a great Monday!

I didn't see this one before I posted--but I posted about heart attacks today too.
