Good morning! Where is everyone? What's up for today.

Looks as though I'll be doing the yard work I want to get finished and pass on the beach and the Red Hat book signing today. I've gotten started on my projects and am psyched to get them finished. I'll probably mow too.

Weather is gorgeous. If I finish in time maybe we'll ride down to the beach just to walk a while. We're also talking about seeing "13 Going on 30" tonight. Looks like the female version of "Big," and Jennifer Garner is cute in it.

I hope everyone is doing fun things today.

The board was down all morning.

Been a cleaning/laundry machine this morning. No workout, officially. Hitting the shower in a minute for the usual Saturday round of games.

Hugs!

So, what exactly is a Tour of Tables?

We have a nice cool breeze blowing here today. Temps are cooler than they have been and it is absolutely beyond description beautiful outside. Can't wait to plunk my chair down in the sun and (pretend) to watch the kids' games! Really, I think my eyes will be closed and I'll be mentally on vacation.

Well this is my first chance to sit at the computer this morning. I slept until 8 and enjoyed a none rushed cup of tea. I had to wash up and stay with Katie over at our local Stop & Shop for a girl scout "Friends for Food" drive. Just got home, swithced some laundry, and had a bowl of cereal. I did not shower this morning because I knew if I did I would not work out. So that is where I am off to now. Heading out into the patio with my shorts on and my water bottle. Going to shoot for an hour walk/jog today and then hit the showers. I am watching my niece this afternoon for a few hours and then heading to the grocery store to shop for my weeks worth of meals. We are going to NJ tomorrow, it will be our first time out with the kids this season. Katie's car is ready but Rob's is not. Bill thinks we should get her out alone, to give him and her some time to adjust to the new car. So that is my weekend and then Monday its back to work.........yippie! I just love being there. Makes me feel good, and productive.

Good Morning or almost afternoon,

First time I've been able to get on the board this morning. Missed my Saturday Am coffee without my girls! I put in 30 minutes on the treadmill this morning and ended up in an argument with my oldest who was bombarding me with questions about a loan application while on was on the treadmill. They just haven't learned to leave the woman with a mission alone yet!

DH is in a foul mood so I'm steering clear. Younger DD and I are attempting to sort though the crap in the bedroom that she shares with my oldest. The older one is such a pack rat that younger DD loses her ability to try to keep things straightened up. So we're sorting, trashing and trying to get the room in to some sort of order. On to some of the same in the basement this afternoon. When you're in the mood to throw it out I've learned you've got to stick with it!

Hope you have a great Saturday

I just got back from the best walk with my sister.Couldn't get to the track because of a meet there so we went to what we call the "Butt Buster" route. It has a couple of great hills and usually we really feel it the next day. Beautiful outside!Lots of sunshine and the trees and flowers are all in full bloom.Going to grab a healthy lunch and head back to chickenville.

Enjoy your day!

I stayed up far too late last night, reading. I've gotten hooked on the No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency books, and have not been able to put them down. I finished #3 about 5am this morning and finally went to sleep. ;-)

I did my shopping this morning on my bike. Then I was good - I sat down and did several hours of technical editing. I'm ready to send my comments on 3 pretty technical chapters. For "breaks", I did dishes and cleaned up the kitchen, in 15 minute stints.

I had a yummy dinner--salmon poached in yogurt with rosemary, capers and tomato, over fresh taglialini noodles. It was just delish. Breakfast and lunch were healthy but light.

Anyways, I think I'm going to change into jammies and read myself to sleep - I'm on the last book of the series and I'm really looking forward to finishing it tonight... I highly recommend the books for anyone - very moral, refreshing, and different outlook on life. The head of the agency, for example, refers to herself as "traditionally built". And "fat" is a compliment. Fun books.

Hope everyone has a great day!
