Good morning! Where is everyone? What's up for today.

Looks as though I'll be doing the yard work I want to get finished and pass on the beach and the Red Hat book signing today. I've gotten started on my projects and am psyched to get them finished. I'll probably mow too.

Weather is gorgeous. If I finish in time maybe we'll ride down to the beach just to walk a while. We're also talking about seeing "13 Going on 30" tonight. Looks like the female version of "Big," and Jennifer Garner is cute in it.

I hope everyone is doing fun things today.

Hi, Anna! Your books sound fun to read! I'll have to see if any are at the library.

I bet your dinner was delicious! Yummy sounding! I would go nuts in Italy over the food!

Congratulations on your inches lost! I read an earlier post where you posted you had lost quite a number of inches!

Hi, everyone! Hope you all are having a nice weekend. It was raining cats & dogs here this a.m. but now there's a lull. We'll be nice and green so I can't complain.

Rhonda, I hope Tim is feeling better and that his tests reveal nothing major. How is your dad? Does Rob like his contacts? I took Danny in this a.m. for his and a pair of back up glasses. He has a way to go on being a pro at putting them in - it took him 10 min. to get one eye done! I hope he likes them & that school and baseball are easier for him. His eyesight has been fine without them in baseball, though - they won their game Thur. night and he pitched three innings with no runs against him & lots of strikeouts.

That "13 Going on 30" does look funny! I'd like to see that, too. Wonder if "Alamo" is any good. I am looking forward to seeing "Troy" too, in May.

I hope that you feel better soon, Donna! Get lots of rest and hopefully the antibiotics will kick in soon.

Sassy, I hope your stomach is feeling stronger. Any side effects from your meds? I think I was prescribed too high a dosage - 50 mg.! I cut the pills in half now. I began them Tues. night and have been so groggy and at times I've been dizzy and nauseous. One positive (besides no anxiety) has been not much of an appetite. My last dose for this month will be Sun. AF came 6 days early though - figures she'd mess with me now!

Today was a day of errands - Danny's contacts, Target, Books A Million, the fitness club to sign up for the summer. I still need a workout and a grocery run. I'm thinking a 6 mile walk/run will be the workout. I want to spring clean tomorrow (won't get it all done, but hey it will be a good start!) I'd like to cook something special tonight out of my new cookbook "Lidia's Italian-American Kitchen" - the Scaloppine alla Marsala or one of her soups with beans or even one of her pasta dishes sound good. Guess I'll have to go to the store soon!

Well, I'm off for my workout - will check-in later. Have a great one, ladies.

Just having a lazy day here recovering. Seems DH isn't feeling up to snuff today - sounds like he caught what I've had. I hope not. He's been resting and watching the NFL draft day. Talk about watching paint dry!

I got a lot of stuff together to bring to my ILs' church's rummage sale collection day tomorrow. Not everything I'd like to give away, just what will fit in the trunk of the car. I also finally dragged a few things up from the basement that need to be discarded with the weekly trash pickup Monday.

I heard from the kids at the crack of dawn this morning. My sister and BIL took them to Busch Gardens in Williamsburg for the last half of school vacation week. They've had a blast. They're driving home tomorrow; leaving there early morning to get home in time for a good night's sleep before they return to work and school Monday.

Nothing planned for the evening. Maybe a short drive if either of us feels like being the driver. Maybe pizza. We're wingin' it.

Hope you all are enjoying your weekend.

That reminds me of the tables at the Festival of Trees we did.
